This game are full of good message no matter which choice do you make.. Never easily judge people. Never bullies Never trust people too much Value of friendship. Selfless And the most important is.. We can never change fate.. Things happen for a reason.. And there's a price if you ever involve in it.. Thats why I love this game so much..
If you think about it ... saddest part of the "save Arcadia"-ending is not the fact that Chloe dies ... but that all that awesome moments with her she actually mentions at 4:10 in the end never happened. She will die with her last memory for Max reaching back to their late childhood. Thats the point that really tears you apart when you choose that ending.
Yeah, I realised that after I watched that ending on RUclips, since I chose the other ingame. Especially since she has to stay put while chloe’s Dying... it just teared me apart as you said.
Except for one thing. When Max goes back to the past she says to Chloe that she should stay strong and that she will always stay by her side. So she will at least keep this :/
Personally, after putting a lot of thought into it.. I think the game was trying to prepare you as a player to be able to Sacrifice the entire town.. not the other way around. The ENTIRE time the game is basically asking you: "How much are you willing to give up for this bond?" For me... everything.
i sacrificed Chloe... cuz that's what heroes do... you try to change the time and screw more things up than you save.... she'll get over chloe.. but destroying Arcadia bay for just one person is an act of stupidity..and If I may be a little bold.. Evil! So I chose to sacrifice Chloe. and I don't regret it.
I agree. That's the canon ending for me - sacrifice AB. Don't think the other ending is what Max would do. Neither would I - I would sacrifice the whole world for a person I love. And any normal human would do this, and this is what this game has shown to us on a very sensitive level. The ones who sacrifice Chloe just miss the point, trying to play super-hero. But I'm sure they lie, that's not what they would do in the reality in the same situation.

BulletNG Game isn't over - a new part (2nd) is already being made, the prequel has been finished and totally rocks! Personally I love keep going back to 1st LiS soundtrack, especially to your videos. It reminds me all the game story with its both sad and happy moments. Don't give up and carry on - I'm sure there are many people that appreciate your job!

I finally started Ep5 today and finished it. It was really amazing storygame.. and so your videos too! Nobody is gonna see this but I think the reason why I couldn't take away Chloe's life at her final choice is because she had been through so much. And all though you can't change fate, Chloe deserved to live. She lost Rachael. She lost her Dad. And as well for the fact that even if you saved the Bay, and let her be with her Dad and Rachael. She would never remember Max and she would die thinking she was all alone. Since she didn't get along with her step dad and had troubles with her mother. Her dealer was also not really her friend. I think just because they both had one thing in common, Rachael. But Chloe didn't die in my playthrough and I wanted them to be so happy. As well for that Rachael knows too that Chloe can be happy, and she can probably see and watch Chloe become a happy person with Max. I just...I just couldn't take her life away.

This would of been a much better ending for this choice. I didn't feel regret for saving Chloe but I felt the upbeat music was massively inappropriate.
Bae over Bay forever and always. That town was going to die either by the Tornado or by the Prescotts, and fuck them, let the tornado wipe everything clean. lol
Yes, that fact hurt me too, and I cried during the ending scene, for all the people lost. But in the end Max and Chloe were alive, and together, and they will eventually have to get over the darkness, and so did I. This game is all about living with your decisions, and for me it's all about the bond between Max and Chloe("we'll be together forever!", "I'll *always* have your back", etc are HUGE themes throughout the whole game) so even though it's sad to have so many lost ones, it's all worth it to keep them together.. in the end.
+Genocidic Also.. you say "all those people max helped" but.. how many times did she help Chloe? How many times was she forced to watch Chloe *DIE* and then do everything she could to bring her back? I think both Max and Chloe have already been through enough, and seen enough death(Especially for Max).
