Thanks for the question kellyfj. These exercises are more difficult to do while you’re wearing progressive lenses as the lenses will further distort the images. I would suggest wearing a single vision lens while doing these exercises if possible.
@@rebalancephysiotherapy Thanks - I don't own such a pair unfortunately and I am very short-sighted. I have seen other recommendations to do the VOR training without glasses but the image is somewhat fuzzy. What do you think? How critical is it to have a very strong and clear border on the red ball (for example)?
Hi Dianne, The videos are used as part of a vestibular rehab plan. A trained therapist is required to prescribe the correct video and exercise for you! ReBalance Physio
