I’ve listened to opera all my life. I’ve never heard a more flawless, accomplished tenor. way beyond ‘technique’, his voice is so present for what he sings, so full of heart and soul.
Pamela, I agree with you. I also listened to opera all my life, albeit hating it when I was young. Fortunately some young friends helped me to change my mind! I'm so proud to be a fellow South African. I'll be flowing this beautiful soul on social media, and hope to meet him some time...

He is such a lovely, gorgeous man, but I still don't understand why he did not get the golden buzzer and that he only ended nr. 4 on this competition. It sounds like he has ME & fibromyalgia. these are very debilitating, i know, because I've been affected by these for 9 years, and it changed my life totally. This guy's voice is amazing.
I felt that could be it also. I’ve had ME/CFS for 32 years and fibromyalgia for 24 yrs. It’s not an easy path and I’d like to say it gets easier but I can’t really do that. I wish him well.
God is testing him . He will have HIS day when lord decides .

I think this life story has serious errors. I don't think that Innocent Masuku the tenor had an addiction. I think you are confusing him with the similarly-named Innocent "BOBO" Masuku, the actor. If so, I suggest you delete this video.

I struggle to consider this narrative as credible. It lacks specifics - the various awards Innocent is said to have won during his career are not specifically mentioned; the times when he is supposed to have achieved the things he achieved are not specified, etc. for example, we are told he performed with a “famous orchestra“.

He has a good voice but he hasnt got the technique or emotion in his voice. How they can say its flawless is beyond me. It wasnt flawless I could hear in his voice that it wasnt quite right why couldnt anyone else His voice just needs work from a proper operatic coach when he gets that he will be better.
