I’m finally as early as I could’ve hoped to be(because the video was literally 13 seconds old when I started to watch it). This made me feel so much nostalgia and longing 😭 Just Anya and her family and the legacy she’s trying to discover and fit herself to be a part of 🥺 The voiceovers in those moments are perfection and I love that you’re not afraid to add a voiceover on top of lyrics being sung. It adds so well to the poignancy of it. Also how did you get the Dowager’s voiceover with absolutely NO background noise/music?! This has so many layers and I love the depth that comes through from the simplicity of it. Amazing my friend. Also happy 2 years!!! Gosh this has been such a great journey to follow. ♥️
You were SO QUICK that I hadn't even watched it myself after uploading to make sure it looked fine lol Thank you, thank you. I really wanted to focus on her family and how much was expected of her to even get a chance to prove that she belonged to her family. I'll overlay voiceovers on lyrics if they match really well and if the lyrics are really simple behind the VO. I would never over a heavy verse, too many words. If they're saying similar enough things I'll try to like up key words for funsies like in the first VO where I tried to line of "look" and "like." As for grandmama, my copy of Anastasia has multiple audio tracks for each level of sound, so it's easier to isolate the voices by deleting the non-voice tracks. I'm just lucky to have found a copy like that lol Happy two years! Thanks for being around for it ❤
another gorgeous video
