this is probably the most interesting thing to look forward to in the PaRappa community since like, PaRappa remastered comes out this is pretty impressive, and it’ll make adding custom songs easier, if you make it like open source
Definitely the source code will be open cuz I want more free space in my computer so once I finish this I'll upload it to github and delete it from my computer probably.

There still some work to do, at this moment you can't finish any song, when the song ends the game just get softlocked and you need to close it to play other song. I'll work on fix some bugs and finishing the songs with the COOL, GOOD and BAD/AWFUL endings, probably then I can release a demo if people is interested
@@stereomadnnesgames Tbh making the songs finisheable isn't really hard, I just need to make the game play a different audio file depending on what stage the player is playing and in which rank the player, so if the player is in stage 1 and in GOOD rank, the game plays PTR1STAGE1GOODEND.wav or something like that, and then just add the subtitles and the visuals. Is easy, it just takes some time cuz I need to extract all the finish audio files. Also, this needs to be done cuz you need to being able to finish a song in order to unlock the cool mode of it
If you mean Food Court, I'll use the original sprites for the GOOD, BAD and AWFUL versions, and I'll draw the visuals for the COOL version as any other stage

But I'm not gonna port it by my own because it requires a good hardware and mine burn as a grill when I open RUclips and Game Maker at the same time LOL. At the moment there is not native controller support, but it can be used with JoyToKey and it works perfectly with xbox, switch and ps controllers
