@@AyuChii because you give yourself too much to others, and that is not fair to yourself, which means you're not loving yourself. Crying is actually telling you your heart chakra hurts a lot from what you've done, and so you should change your behavior and really take care of yourself, always put yourself the first, other ones the second. When you start putting yourself at whatever circumstances to fulfill the best for you, you are also taking care of your twin flame.

@@scottallen6970 It's all divinely guided; if there are karmics, they aren't meant to be there for as long as is needed; whether it's time needed for healing or lessons to be learnt. I've found that the best thing I can do is let go, surrender and allow the flow of the universe to guide me on the journey without resisting any of it. Our TF isn't even necessarily supposed to end in romance; they are there to trigger our journey within to find and heal ourselves, become the best version of ourselves, find peace and freedom from our ego and align with our soul. I don’t know about the others but I’m having a sensations like a hand was placed over my chest and when I touch it, it feels like I’m touching a warm, soft, living hand and i can feel two heart beats in harmony inside me with a slight convo, “don’t give up on me”, “i won’t.” So peaceful. All my worries and anxiety is gone. Is this what you called one of TF connections?
Your comment reminds me. One night I felt a hand touch my cheek. It felt very loving but at the time, I wasn't even listening to anything. I got a bit freaked out because there was no one if front of me. Was the first time it ever happened.
I can actually feel my twin flame's energy inside my body whatever I am doing.
This same thing happened with me one night. But I wasn't listening to anything then.
So, I have met my TF. Just eye to eye for a short time. And I cannot describe the energy. It’s new and strange but also beautiful. We are in separation because of work, we both travel a lot and with the different timezone, lockdown etc it’s killing me. For two months, the energy is quite intense mostly during at night when everyone is asleep. I felt like I wanna run to them but I can’t. It’s frustrating. My mood was crazily up and down everyday because I wanna be with them but once the attachment of needing is gone, everything is getting back to normal.
When i was listening to this i touched one of my pillows and i felt a heartbeat in my hand. For me it felt like i was holding my twin flames heart. 🙈
