Tan θ= m
( Slope) m = change on y axis / change on x axis
or
m = rise/ run = ∆ p / ∆q
When angle θ is more than 90 degree slope will be negative and when angle θ is more than 90 degree slope will be positive
This is the exact reason of negative demand and positive supply curve
