Congratulations on the sidequest! Also, if you didn't see my previous comment, then Razmi's sidequest is higher up in Sumeru. Go to where you are level with the area for Thorani's sidequest, follow the grey path and keep going northwest until you see a flat expanse. If you see spikes along the way, then you're on the right path. Hope this helps!
