Hmm that's a tough one-- we worked to create something that really had nothing else like it in the market. I wish we could have continued producing them but the chips we use in the controller boards are no longer available.
I only have one question, do you have to have it plugged into something with the wire to work, cuz if it is that would suck cuz I can’t make stop motions with it then
Yep, you just need to add this power supply and pick up the LiPo batteries (not the AAA batteries) described on the page: www.brickstuff.com/store/p178/seed15.html.
@@thetaytheist We will be releasing a new small power supply in the next several weeks. The SKU is SEED15. That will allow for self-contained power. Keep an eye on our website for the SEED15 supply.
I like this.... Two questions though: Does this run on a battery pack or something? Where you can run it without the cord sticking out of it? Second: When will brikstuff do a deluxe version of the lights for the Firehouse? Such as the containment unit lights/outside lamp post lights?
You can use a battery or USB cable (and use a USB battery bank). The USB battery bank can be attached to the rear of the HQ. To answer your second question, we're working on the v2 design now....
Brickstuff Have you already taken out the new option of power? I am waiting to purchase this pack for the August release, but I want to purchase it along with the new power supply option. When does it come out? Thank you very much.

I love the halogen lightbar effect
Unreal! Gotta order this!!!
Who you gonna call for perfect lights & sound? Brickstuff! Man the OG sound makes it so complete!!
Since this has been discontinued, how would one like myself go about getting any kind of equivalent?

@@brickstuffcorp ok thx so much!!
@@freddytheflamingo8495 Thank you!
Can we use a battery box to keep it wireless?
We do sell a LiPo battery power source and you can use that plus a 500mA battery from Adafruit or SparkFun to keep everything internal.
@@brickstuffcorp so besides the lit kit what would be the light set needed to plug it in internally or hide it in the car?

@@brickstuffcorp I'm just wondering if I have a small enough battery pack I can put it inside the ecto 1 and hide the power chord...
Yes we have power options where you can do that. A new power source will be available next month.

Has the lighting kit for other emergency vehicles been released?
The one from the video with the ambulance, but improved?
We have prototypes in house (much improved, with remote and sound) but will need another 2-3 months to finalize them. Stay tuned!
@@brickstuffcorp okay then
