Once upon a time there were siblings. Mother comes home with a treehouse set for kids to build, brother too young to build. So I end up building it. Took like 3 hours or something I don’t remember. I FINALLY get it done and to my horror. The King Kong Godzilla amalgamation of a brother came along saying in his squeaky prepubescent kid voice… “Thank you! You are the best sister ever!” Next thing I know everything after happens in slow motion. Tiny hands reach for build. Picks it up from HOUSE instead of platform.. before I could mutter a slow mo “no” it breaks in half the other half colliding with the linoleum floor and spreads like a plastic deadly river. We both look before his newest destructive creation. We slowly look up to each other. War flashbacks and tears forming in my eyes; Fear in his. “Im sorry can you help me rebuild it?” He says in a pitiful guilty voice. Smoke basically puffs out of my ears like a chimney. “No” I say, and to this day anytime I see Lego sets I think of this painful build.

It is a bit confusing that you don't follow the instructions. On page 8 for example it says to use 2 bricks 1x2 and you use just 1 brick 1x4.
