- Tom goes through his 5 steps to fitting a motorcycle helmet intercom system.
Fitting a bluetooth intercom to your motorcycle helmet is really easy when you break it down into simple steps.
The intercom used is a Cardo Packtalk Black, and the method is pretty much the same for any other intercom that is designed to be universal fit like this one.

Very well presented thanks a lot 👍
Do these instructions also work for cheaper unbranded ones? I have a flip-up (Caberg Duke 2) helmet and am wondering if the mic will stay in place or catch on the jaw when I flip up.
I would imagine the process would be the same, but can't see it being an issue. Just make sure the kit has a boom mic & you'll be ok

Did you ever get around this? I’ve got the duke 2 and having issues mounting the mic as the chin guard catches it, and not much room in between when lid is closed
Does the packtalk Black also fit into the shoei ex zero?
Are there just audio only speakers for motorcycle helmets? Not interested in talking to people just listening to music.
You said any helmet what about a bell broozer?
Everything is dark in the video. Cool.... :(
Video is too dark. Can't tell what you are doing.
