@Jaden Kyrie love all your completely random and inappropriate comments on my channel, doing amazing things for the algorithm 😂 but honestly, WTF are you doing here tho??
Ya know I saw that on a video once. I tried it and it was a total fail!!! First of all, when you do 40 coasters at a time, taking the time to tape all four sides of an item is a NIGHTMARE. If the tape isn't perfectly trimmed to the exact size of the coaster, it doesn't work because the epoxy will just pool at the little extra lip it creates. Secondly, when I tried this, on the coasters that I was able to trim the tape to the exact dimension, the epoxy dripped and gooped over the tape seam, therefore just embedding the tape onto the underside of the coaster. So, after many trial and error experiments, for me, personally, I deemed it a hell of a lot easier to skip the tape altogether and simply swipe the drips after 15 mins and then 45 mins and then you're good to go! No tape needed. I appreciate the tip though!!
Hmm good to know! I'm new to making the tiles and practice on a 4"x4" canvas board and this seemed to work fine but maybe its different with tile? I've also seen people cover the bottom with cork which gives it a very professional finish. You're artwork is amazing and thank you for this video!
Yes I’ve tried that and it didn’t work at all. What DID work amazingly well was to go and wipe around the edges about 15 and then again at 45 mins after you pour. Eliminates them completely! And no weird taping necessary.
Painters tape along the back of the coasters will make the lumps easy to remove. When it drys after 12 you can take off the tape with will remove all the bumps perfectly.
Omg I tried that and it was a total disaster!! I think it's okay if you're working on larger projects but these little tiles, not so much. I also used to make batches of 100. So cutting 4 tiny strips for each tile was just totally a PAIN! But just wiping the edges twice (once after 15 mins and again after 45) definitely was super easy and worked like a charm!!
This is BEAUTIFUL.... Very professionally done! ... I paint coaster and sell them locally... but, what would you sell these for??? There is a whole lot more work and material in this production... Thank you for your help.
Very grateful for your wonderful video! I am having difficulty with the resin adhering to the sides of the tile. Difficult to describe, but it's as though the resin just drips right off the side. The sides are uneven and not a thick coat at all. I apply beer can labels on the top of the coasters so the sides are super important since it seals all of it together. Recently had an issue with the resin rising off the top due to the sides not being secured enough. Your coasters look awesome! Please help lol I use "Let's Resin" and white tiles from Amazon.
OH NO! That's very strange actually, the tiles I used to use also had pretty uneven sides but I didn't experience what you're talking about here. My only thought is maybe you're not applying enough resin so that it's really running over all 4 sides equally. Maybe you're applying it too sparingly? If it's really dripping off all 4 sides it should be nicely coated, and then you can periodically scrape the excess off the BOTTOM of the tiles. I do this every 15 minutes or so with a popsicle stick, until it gets too hard to do anymore (at about minute 45). I hope that helps some!
@@KarenCampbellArtist thank you very much for getting back to me. I've tried all sorts of things and still, no luck. Would it be alright to email you some photos of the coasters? Karen Campbell I have a question for you, i have this one tile that for some reason will not dry from the side. That one was done since Sunday, it's already Wednesday and that one spot remain wet. What would you recommend I do? One more question some of my coasters are coming out with dents as if layer was not even, can I pour another layer of resin after first coat is completely cured? I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.
sandra quiroga yes you can pour layers, not a problem. Typically if you have it not curing properly it was because it wasn't mixed EXACTLY. You really do have to stir for 3 minutes and make certain those two ingredients are 100000% mixed. Drying temperature is also important. If it's too cold they won't cure properly either. my best advice is to follow the directions TO THE LITERAL LETTER on the back of your epoxy resin. It is very particular! I'm sorry you're having a trouble spot!!
Hey Karen thank you so much for this video. I've been looking to purchase something like this on a slightly larger tile with my grandmother's face on it. She passed away in July from old age, she wasn't ill in the slightest and was 100 years old. I'm taking her ashes back home to be buried next to her beloved father and wanted to put a tiled picture of her on her final resting place. Having seen this video I am going to attempt to make it myself. I know it will be waterproofed from what you have said in the video but do you think it will withstand the hot Sun of Jamaica and the occasional downpour of rain. I intend to make it all the same, just wanted a heads up.....thanks once again for the tutorial, never done anything like this before but I know I'm going to enjoy making this, even down to the little perches 😄
I'm so sorry to hear about your grandmother. The resin does not love heat or sun so much, I do have to say, I had a friend who kept hers on the hot, sunny porch and the resin did not fair well but maybe you can find a shady place to put it. @@KarenCampbellArtist Hi Karen, thank you so much for replying. I have managed to make two tiles one of my grandma and one of my Uncle. They have turned out lovely. I will make sure that I have them place somewhere where the sun doesn't penetrate them too much or at all. Thanks for the advice. Have a great day 🥰
This is such a great video! I'm going to attempt this today except with the Amazing Clear Cast (since I already have it on hand from making those Ozark Tumblers) and then give some as gifts for 'testing' and see how they hold up.
Karen Campbell, Artist = Will do :D I googled around and saw other people using the Amazing Clear Cast so figured since I already had it, have a ton of tiles I can't use for anything else, this should be the perfect project, lol. And I happen to have that hammered copper spray paint already.
So the Amazing Clear Cast worked great, my only issue is the resin leaking under the images. I printed out the designs on an inkjet on an 8.5"X11" sheet of paper. I sealed the paper with the designs on the front AND back with Polycrylic, let each side dry, then cut designs out. Still had some leaking under the design. I think the next attempt is cutting the designs out of the paper THEN sealing with the Polycrylic so that the 'cut edges' get sealed too. Other than that, the Clear Cast is great. I assume professionally printed images wouldn't leak, and there's so many sites to get them printed up (like shutterstock) that it would be the best way to go...but I'd rather cheap out and figure out how to seal inkjet images at home, lol. Another advantage to sealing the images prior is they won't wrinkle up if you use mod podge to attach them to the tile...so at least I figured out the mod podge wrinkling issue lol.
Heather Green so interesting!! Good for you for trying all those different ways, nothing better than trial and error to figure out EXACTLY what works... And what doesn't. Thanks for sharing your findings!
I have a large ceramic vase and pitcher, how would you suggest a new look for them? I like the idea of paris, music , wine and maybe grapes all black and white with maybe some glitter. I hope you can help me. I love your video and your art. BRAVO from Canada.
These are very beautifully done I must say thank you for the tip on the stands GREAT IDEA so the art work are they actually pictures or prints on printer paper.
Great video! thank you for sharing! I’m new to this craft, @ 4:08 you talk about “perch”ing (?) the tiles... what is this & why is it done??? Other than that the video is very straight forward! Thank you again!!!
Oh sorry!!! You perch them because after you pour the resin on top, it drips down over the sides. You need to have access to the bottoms so you can clear away the drips. If you don't put the tiles up on top like that, they will permanently adhere to the plate (or whatever surface you place them down on!). So perching is 1000% necessary!!! hahahaa I hope that helps!
Hi, can you tell me are you using plain basic photo paper please .Also does this work with printed pictures on plain paper. They are great and I really want to give them a go,
elizabeth sharman I get my photos printed at Walgreens so they are on professional photo paper, not home printed! I also upload my prints from Instagram so they are already a perfect square
Hi! I sold out and then moved on. I now teach online fill time and have published 7 art books since I started making coasters. So yeah, too busy for coasters!!
Do you order square photo prints the size of the tile or cut out the photo to fit the tile? Didn’t know walgreens did that size. Please share insight. Thanks.
@@rinkidey7736 these are standard tiles that are standard size, I forget the exact dimension but the photos are 4" square so the tiles are slightly bigger than that.

Laura Cohen In am horrible at image transfers so this works best for me. You most certainly could, I am sure there are other youtube vids about how to do image transfers! Personally, it is a messy and less than successful process that I dont enjoy so much!
I use resin in my jewelry making. I have to completely seal the edges of both regular paper and photo paper with Modpodge to prevent the resin wicking in and discoloring the paper. You aren't sealing your photo paper before pouring the resin, so why don't you have this problem? Is the photo paper somehow different? Your coasters are adorable. Thank you for the video.
+Peg Jackson Hey Peg! I have made jewelry too and experienced the same problems. The problems stopped entirely when I started using actual photo prints...like from walgreens, target or wherever. That photo paper is entirely different than photo paper on your inkjet printer and takes a beating!! I hope that helps!
Thanks for sharing nice video. i would like to apply resin on my trays and coasters.... and sell for my clients. but is resin safe and non toxic after dry??? can people serve beard or food on my tray??
Well they don't work awesome with hot things, scalding items effect the resin, just fyi! Yes the tiles are glossy but spray paint works on, literally, everything!
Beautiful!!! definitely have to this a try. Instead of using Resin, could I use mod podge or a paint finisher spray? I’m so scared to use resin around the kiddos.
I watched a lady use 5 coats of Mod Podge Sealer on her coasters, and she said it was just fine for COLD drinks to place on them, but that when she tried putting HOT drinks on them like a mug of coffee or tea, it started to melt through the sealer! So she ended up using a couple of coats of polyurethane.
If you wipe away the drips at minute 15 and 45, you're good! I just use the side of a popsicle stick, the tape so doesn't work. Also you can use a heat gun to pop the air bubbles super easily!
@@KarenCampbellArtist Thanks, I've only done the resin once. I was scared of screwing it up. haha. I do have a heat gun. I will try next time with tape underneath it. :)
@@ArtsThatSpeak just FYI the tape underneath (for me) did NOT work at all! Just swiping it off was fine. The tape is a hard in all the wrong ways, I totally skip it to save yourself a lot of frustration!
@@KarenCampbellArtist Maybe I'll try both ways on just one and see how it works. Cool art btw. I've been an artist for a long time but very new to YT. :(
I enjoyed watching you so much. I hope u want mind if I suggest something for you. your work is so nice but I use a couple of products I would like to share with you. you may or may not know about them. I have used both and I like both of them. The first is Triple Thick brush on gloss glaze, this one is so thick I add a little water to it when I am applying it. The other is Mod Podge super gloss. These just seem to be easier to use. no mixing. just try it if you have the time. thanks, Fran email me if you have a question.
Jody Shafer-Mezeske yes I have tried that!! I found, however, that it didnt work for a few reasons. One was that the tape has to be cut EXACTLY square to fit the tile. If just a jar too long, the resin pools along the tape edge, and if too short, resin seeps into the crack and makes it impossible to peel off. It was a HUGE pain. Honeslty, if you just qioe off the excess at 15 minutes and 45 minutes (after pour), you're totally good!!
Hi Karen! You have no idea how amazing this video is! It's like being in class with an instructor and learning a skill or trade!! So thank you for the video, and all of the extra tips! Do you ever have an issue with pictures rising under the resin after it has cured? I tried making my own and the first batch was awesome, but since then, Its as if the picture rises up in the middle of the coaster, beneath the resin and the coasters have humps in them :-(. Ive watched your video and you seem to have done this process, many, many, times! (Thanks!! your video prompted me to try this) So I'm just wondering if you remember having this issue and what you may have done to alleviate the problem) The other issue is sometimes, the coasters look like they have sticky or bumpy waves in them after they have cured. So instead of having a crystal clear view of the tile, it has a lot of squiggly lines that look like dried up waves...sorry if this isnt clear.
First of all, thanks so much!! I'm glad you enjoyed the tutorial! Secondly, no I have never had that issue BUT I am thinking perhaps it is the paper on which your photo is printed?? Where do you get your photos developed?? And that sucks, to have that happen after all your hard work (and time and money). So let's get this figured out!
That is super weird. I am trying to think of what would be causing that. I was sure it was the paper. Perhaps you simply need to glue them down more? I use a school glue stick, what are you using?
Scotch glue stick. I used to glue the corners down but for some reason, the sides sometimes poof up ...so I started gluing all of the sides. I'm thinking that may be the problem
The other thing is these issues started happening when the temperature here changed from unseasonably warm to freaking cold!! and I tend to dress warmly and keep the temp somewhat cold inside :-)...until I light the fireplace...which is in a different area that remains cold. So it may be a combination of things. arrrgh$@#% Thanks Karen....you teach and listen...you are the best!
Great video! Question: I'm making some of my wife's artwork into coasters. What do you typically sell a set of 4 for? (Couldn't find on your Etsy page.)
Jody Shafer-Mezeske I use it with my morning coffee and it's fine. If the mug is BURNING hot then sometimes it will stick to the coaster. so you do have to be aware of that. I havent had a single customer complain tho...or you can just use it for cocktails and cold drinks to stay safe.
It hasn't so far. Inhave a friend who kept hers outside in the sun and hers has though. I keep my coasters inside and they look the same as when I make them a few years ago.
@@KarenCampbellArtist Thanks! I used it on a whole bunch of signs with white backgrounds and I am so worried it will yellow - have seen other people online saying it will yellow. Thanks for replying. I watched your videos for like, eight hours the other day!
Hi Debra! Unfortunately I don't make these anymore, I made a bazillion and then I moved on to the making of my art courses at Awesome Art School (awesomeartschool.com)!
Do you seal your coasters? I have found that printing on an inkjet printer I have to seal them otherwise the colours just merge a little bit into eachother, I tried a matte spray varnish and it ruined my prints! they went all misty.. Im currently just using a lick of PVA over the top but does anyone know of any spray sealants that wont ruin inkjet print?
Leah Ollsson ink jet paper will run, for sure. If you watch this entire video you will see I get my photos printed at Walgreens and then pour epoxy resin over them. They come out like magic!!! It's actually really crazy. I've made hundreds and sold every single last one. Process really works!!! But for it to work you needed them to be professionally printed.
ive found an awesome way to print at home and still keep the quality amazing! Brush over acrylic medium! this seals the print underneath without affecting the resin or the print.
Holly C great question. I would honestly not use it as a pot holder. I think the extreme temperatures would cause the epoxy to melt slightly and it may crack. I have used them for coasters with hot drinks and the epoxy can get slightly tacky and leave a ring. The ring does usually self heal later on. but i do think hot temps push the boundaries of what it's capable of accepting!
I’d just like to find someone that does this professionally in my area and have them do it lol. I don’t want to mess up the ones I got by doing it myself.
Those are really pretty, even the music ones. I prefer the girls, though and i would probably hang them on the wall instead. And didn't I see a coffee design in there? I'd have to go with that over them all to be honest . coffee, tea, and weenies, the 3 loves of my life 😁
Oh yes I made hundreds of these designs and had a coffee and tea set and a billion wines!!! I sold every last one and then got so exhausted from making them I moved on to less toxic activities 😂
You can use a heat gun to pop the air bubbles at the end. Works like magic!

Darlene Wilkinson I think that sounds amazing! You can't go wrong by Going with your gut or things that you ❤
Great video, naturally funny. only artist video had me enjoying the process. 20 minute video went like 5 minutes! props to you. appreciate it :-)
Wow! This is the best compliment! Thank you! I am so glad you enjoyed!!!
Thanks for the great video. Where do you purchase the felt with adhesive backing? Great idea. I have been using cork with adhesive backing.
Rich Antinarelli they sell it by the single sheet in all the craft stores like A.C. Moore and Michaels but you can also buy it in bulk on Amazon!
These are very beautifully done I must say thank you for the tip on the stands GREAT IDEA so the art work are they actually pictures or prints on printer paper.
Lisa Binney thanks so much!! I always use literal photographs I had developed at Walgreens!
You are so awesome ~ THANK YOU for taking the time to share your tips and tricks, I'm excited to get started!
Have so much fun!!!!
Very wonderful! But I'd like to know, did you print the images after resizing them to fit the tile?
I have then made into Photos prints at Walgreens before adhering them to the tiles.
This is actually really smart
Thank you!
What board u are using for coasters...???????
What do you mean by "board?" They are ceramic tiles 😊 is that what you're asking?
Karen Campbell, Artist 🤪 YES, a TREMENDOUS HELP!!!! Lol
Thank you again for sharing your AMAZING talents with us!!!!
Deja Nu my pleasure!! Happy crafting! ❤
I love you!!! Thank you for this new hobbie!
Becky Love so welcome!!! Enjou!
Great video. I checked your Etsy store, but didn’t see your coasters. Just wondering why your not selling them on Etsy anymore.
Hi! I sold out and then moved on. I now teach online fill time and have published 7 art books since I started making coasters. So yeah, too busy for coasters!!
Do you order square photo prints the size of the tile or cut out the photo to fit the tile? Didn’t know walgreens did that size. Please share insight. Thanks.
Yes! I ordered them!
Karen Campbell, Artist thanks. what size should I order? What is the size of the tile?
@@rinkidey7736 these are standard tiles that are standard size, I forget the exact dimension but the photos are 4" square so the tiles are slightly bigger than that.
Karen Campbell, Artist great. Thanks a ton. I will shop for the supplies soon. I will look deeper on top all the other supplies you have recommended. I have some art work if mine I can put them to use on coaster.
Is there an alternative for resin like emulsion or varnish which would work just as fine?
I'm not sorry, I only use this technique. That'd probably be a good question for Google I'd bet!
You are an extremely talented artist!! I would love to try these, but I cannot draw anything to save my life!! ♥️♥️🇦🇺
Just try it, you might be surprised!
And by the way your art work is wonderful!!!! I love the woman as well. Very talented!
Thanks! Sorry, just seeing this!
hi. do you mind if i ask a question about the resin for the coasters?
Of course! What is your question?
@@KarenCampbellArtist hey. sorry for late reply.
im using resin on coasters an small paintings. i find once dry the resin is clear. however if u look at certain angles there veiny/ lines like a river on a map from birds eye view. although it is flat and clear at face value
@@KarenCampbellArtist sorry i thought i had asked the question. when pouring resin i find when dry and flat it looks at an angle like veiny, river like markings (birds eye view) is there a way to avoid and fix the problem?
thank you
@robbiemcd4596 I’m sorry I’ve not experienced that. Maybe it needs to be stirred more before you pour 🤔
@@KarenCampbellArtist ok. thank you 🙂
Hi Karen
I loved the work done by you and would look forward to try my hand. Could you please give me the details on the ink n paper you used to make initial drawings. Thanks
Neha Hadli sure! I took old sheet music and covered it in white Gesso. Then I used a black Stabilo All pencil and activated it with water.
Neha Hadli and then I used a micron pen to go over fine details.
Karen Campbell, Thanku so much for your input..Wish you Good Luck
This is so cool thanks for sharing this
You are so welcome!
I definately am going to try this and you are awesome to share the tips
On how it worked with you and not
Artist are cool people
The art work of the music instruments gave me some ideas
Thanks my daughter is grad 7 this year and it's been a year
I want to make this in big a collage table thanks for ideas
Great video! Can we flip the picture over, directly onto the tile to transfer it?
Laura Cohen In am horrible at image transfers so this works best for me. You most certainly could, I am sure there are other youtube vids about how to do image transfers! Personally, it is a messy and less than successful process that I dont enjoy so much!
beautiful work!
super cool info! Thanks for your video, ideas and great personality!
Aw! Thanks for watching! If you have any questions, let me know!
+Peg Jackson
Hey Peg! I have made jewelry too and experienced the same problems. The problems stopped entirely when I started using actual photo prints...like from walgreens, target or wherever. That photo paper is entirely different than photo paper on your inkjet printer and takes a beating!! I hope that helps!
What size are your photos? If the tile is 4x4 what size gives you the border that you have?
They are 4" x 4" as well. The tiles are just that much larger, naturally!
Thanks for sharing nice video.
i would like to apply resin on my trays and coasters.... and sell for my clients.
but is resin safe and non toxic after dry??? can people serve beard or food on my tray??
followyourdreams /artistic channel I can't vouge for these companies so I would read their packaging or Google for more information to be safe.
Are the tiles glossy when you buy them? I don't know why I worry the paint won't stick.
These would also make awesome trivets by the way
Well they don't work awesome with hot things, scalding items effect the resin, just fyi! Yes the tiles are glossy but spray paint works on, literally, everything!
Awesome, I have a bunch in my garage and that I finally know what to do with ☺️
Are they absorbent after resin ?
No, they are waterproof.
Beautiful!! How much of resin do you use for all 4 coasters?? Don't want to use more than I have too.
Thanks! I would just buy the 8 oz. bottles of epoxy and resin then. I think that's the smallest amount they come in!
Karen Campbell, Artist thank u
I really love this video, BEAUTIFUL. I really want to attempt making these.
Jearlean Paul people have had huge success making these (both aesthetically and financially). Go for it!!!
Hey! What's the easiest/most frugal way to pack and ship these?
With a LOT of bubble wrap!
Those ate so beautiful!! I learn so much in fact I will be getting my set on tomorrow,
Enjoy!!!
Beautiful!!!
definitely have to this a try.
Instead of using Resin, could I use mod podge or a paint finisher spray? I’m so scared to use resin around the kiddos.
ArtByReneeA you can (and I have) but it makes for a far less impressive product. But you can!
Wow! Very inspiring, thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Pretty cool drawings! Thanks for sharing your video! I too need to figure our the drip part of the resin!
@@ArtsThatSpeak oh that's cool! Yeah, welcome to YT! It's super fun!!!
So beautiful! I love the music theme!! 😁👍🏻💜
Very nice I love them! Did you ever try sealing them with Triple Thick it works great.
Diane Murray no I haven't! I'll have to check that out, thanks!
I wonder if putting painters tape along the bottom would help. Then just tear off the drips on the tape ??
Jody Shafer-Mezeske yes I have tried that!! I found, however, that it didnt work for a few reasons. One was that the tape has to be cut EXACTLY square to fit the tile. If just a jar too long, the resin pools along the tape edge, and if too short, resin seeps into the crack and makes it impossible to peel off. It was a HUGE pain. Honeslty, if you just qioe off the excess at 15 minutes and 45 minutes (after pour), you're totally good!!
thank you soo much for this video. loved every second watching it and got to learn something new... thanks again
Shilpa Pradhan welcome!!
(Thanks!! your video prompted me to try this) So I'm just wondering if you remember having this issue and what you may have done to alleviate the problem)
The other issue is sometimes, the coasters look like they have sticky or bumpy waves in them after they have cured.
I know!!! Thx for responding. I get them from walgreens. Thank you for responding and I'll try some more trouble shooting.
So it may be a combination of things. arrrgh$@#%
Thanks Karen....you teach and listen...you are the best!
Great video!
Question: I'm making some of my wife's artwork into coasters. What do you typically sell a set of 4 for? (Couldn't find on your Etsy page.)
Yes sorry, I dont make these any more. I've sold hundreds of sets for $32-$36 price range.
Beautiful! Are the photos matte or glossy print?
Afro Puffs and Ponytails, Inc. Thx! I have used both and they both work!
Thank you so much for your response and sharing your beautiful how to art work!
Afro Puffs and Ponytails, Inc. You're welcome, thanks for being here! Good luck on the coasters!
Is this resin heat tolerable? Ike if setting a hot beverage on it?
Jody Shafer-Mezeske I use it with my morning coffee and it's fine. If the mug is BURNING hot then sometimes it will stick to the coaster. so you do have to be aware of that. I havent had a single customer complain tho...or you can just use it for cocktails and cold drinks to stay safe.
They are gorgeous ❤️👍🏻
Absolutely love these. Thankyou for sharing 😃
Julia Sheehan you're absolutely welcome!
Has your envirotex resin yellowed over time?
It hasn't so far. Inhave a friend who kept hers outside in the sun and hers has though. I keep my coasters inside and they look the same as when I make them a few years ago.
@@KarenCampbellArtist Thanks! I used it on a whole bunch of signs with white backgrounds and I am so worried it will yellow - have seen other people online saying it will yellow. Thanks for replying. I watched your videos for like, eight hours the other day!
How long do you have to keep checking for bubbles ?
manuela unger once you have blasted them they don't come back. And use a heat gun, works like a charm!!!
What a lovely video :) thanks for sharing
Joan Kennedy Artist so glad you liked it!!
What do you draw with? Chalk, Ink, Pencil?
Donna Anderson I use a Stabilo All pencil and activate it with water!
What do you mean; you perch them?
I perch them on top of the cup/plate tower I make, so that the excess can drop off 🤗
They are amazing I love them
Do you still sell these?
Do you still sell these on etsy? If you do I would like to purchase a set.
Hi Debra! Unfortunately I don't make these anymore, I made a bazillion and then I moved on to the making of my art courses at Awesome Art School (awesomeartschool.com)!

Where did you get stands
It has been a few years but i believe on Amazon!
Belíssimo trabalho!!!!!
You can buy pre stick cork coasters in 4x4 for a pack of 50 for like under $20 off Amazon.
Thanks, Karyn!
U are gifted thx
Thank you, Jay!
Beautiful
wow you are very talented
sharona synekhandal as, thank you!
Where do you get your resin?
Its cheapest online! Amazon!
How did you make your tile stands?
Just glued a cup upside down onto a plate 😊
you cracked me up when you said "THESE LITTLE BASTARDS". i couldn't stop laughing.
Oh God sorry! I've a bit of a potty mouth! lol!
What happens when you have water residue from your cold glasses?
The resin/varnish coating prevents moisture from damaging the print on the tile. It's very important to use a good sealant for this very reason.
This song sounds very similar to Theme of Laura from Silent Hill 2.
Oh cool! Thanks for watching, Jonathon!
Wow you're the best thanks for sharing this :)
Thank you!!!
can it use for Pot holder tray? Will the heat effect the surface of the picture?
Holly C great question. I would honestly not use it as a pot holder. I think the extreme temperatures would cause the epoxy to melt slightly and it may crack. I have used them for coasters with hot drinks and the epoxy can get slightly tacky and leave a ring. The ring does usually self heal later on. but i do think hot temps push the boundaries of what it's capable of accepting!
Beautiful!!!
I’d just like to find someone that does this professionally in my area and have them do it lol. I don’t want to mess up the ones I got by doing it myself.
Totally makes sense!
So you've made your drawings into prints...are they on photo paper?
APandaAbroad yes, I get them developed at Walgreens. They make 4" x 4" prints from your photos!
Thankyou!
Fantastic!
Oh Yay! Thanks!!
Don't they get all scratchy in a quick?
Nope! Resin is rock hard!
