The fact that she sings with that voice live means that is at least very close to her real voice. If her voice needed to be pitch shifted at all she would have to pitch shift songs too but she doesn't.

One of her 2010ish videos roleplaying with pony dolls or something, her voice is much lower than this. i do not believe it is possible to go through some kind of reverse puberty unless something is wrong with your throat, and it would sound alot more unnatural if that was the case. another possible evidence is that she always has her voice changer on. plenty of times she used her voice changer instantly when there was some kind of situation where it fits; this implies she always had it open. the fact that she sings so well means this is not voice acting, and that also makes it highly unlikely for her to have some issue with her vocal chords. Honestly, the only remaining possibility here should be obvious, she uses a well-set voice changer.
