I’d like to point out that wolftyra/kai’sa actually does the beginning vocals and a lot of back up vocals. You can tell by the way she pronounces the words in English with ease and they sort of glide on there own where as soyeon/akali actually has a pretty noticeable accent and her pronunciation is not as natural Bc English isn’t her first language and she doesn’t speak it super fluently. Kai’sa also has a really noticeable back up vocal in the second chorus that’s actually really important to the structure of that part. Actually the best way to tell whose who is to listen to the accapella version that has only vocals and no instrumental. Listening to the accapella and then the regular actually makes the song 10x better Bc there are parts that get lost in the jumble of the instrumental.

The lyrics sheet at the beginning of the video LITERALLY states [All (+ Soyeon & Miyeon)], meaning both recorded it. Its not because they didnt show Soyeon recording that she didnt do it. And let me explain the lyrics sheet, the song was not distributed completely yet. They wrote "All" for parts that were still to be decided. If you can read Korean, there's a note for the chorus lyrics saying "(All) Miyeon recording possible", which means they considered giving the chorus to Miyeon. It's the typical bold font you see in texts but in all caps, with no lines and such ( no sans-serif serif lines or italic shit ). Although they did edit it for the colour to match ' the baddest ' logo.
Considering this is only one of the songs that they'll be releasing on their EP, I hope Kai'Sa and Ahri are featured more prominently on the other songs. Of course, I'm a bit biased since I want A LOT MORE Akali on ALL their songs.
My favourite kda members are kaisa and evelynn but in this song ahri's lines was WAY better.the beggining and the "went just how i planned" line are really good

okay imo, yes this is supposed to be akalis song but it is. even if evelynn got more lines doesnt mean akali didnt shine. akali here is more of a center. though she doesnt have as much as evelynn she was shining. evelynn's lines are mostly the choruse and that only. akali got a big rap verse and i think that really puts a point in the song :))
