I've only been playing this class for a week! so I have a lot of muscle memory to learn in terms of Cooldown management, im still getting out of the accidental dampen/karma panic buttons and relying on my mobility to self heal and go back in like a feral.
What are your prefer melee classes for world pvp? Like top 3

Ehhhhh Maybe in duels, and arenas, but In open world pvp when you jump into 1v2s and 1 v 3's it can be hard to dish it out. What you Fae stomp, sereneity, thunder, stun, into fist, into rising sun kick a lot gets torn up from cross cc. With that many GCDS were as my two mains one or two gcds gets you 400-700k burst
@Soullscape The WW literally jumps on somebody. So, your example is not valid. Perhaps you should watch the video before arguing.
@@joshuadaniel6496 im not arguing that the burst is real! I completely agree with you. Just from my own experience 5 to 6 gcds feels like a lot sometimes 😅 in terms of burst. But I don't know the youtuber you are mentioning though. But you can link a video if you want.

Alright i gave it a watch! the overall average for most players is 2 seconds, but that's if People do nothing and sit there and take it. also guaranteed attacks from behind. you gain .1 - . 5 extra seconds if someone crits. The video has 0 real scenario applications unless you are attacking an afker. Dont get me wrong still fun! I aplogize if my opinion came out wrong the first time. My opinion was about real pvp scenarios specifically 1 v 2's and 1v3's or more where all the players arnt afk @@joshuadaniel6496 If you want me to get even more SPECIFIC Windwalker has a higher chance to get its burst interrupted or avoided unlike MM or Demonhunter
also what do you think is more fun, survival hunter or ww monk? i find survival monk alot harder to master?
Would you pick monk or paladin for melee. I have a range class I enjoy playing but can't decide between these two for my melee
I have the same problem. Got my hunter, which I play mostly in BM, but I'm thinking about meele good for overall content. Now I'm thorn between ret pal and ww monk.
@@patryk7159 ret blasts alot since spells have range aswell, but a bit more supportive gameplay, ww monk feels super flashy because of the attacks and mobility. both fun classes, but i enjoy ret a bit more

WHAT'S THE AUDIO ADDON AND VOICE SET?
I just wish the visuals were stronger. Love the Monk theme and aesthetic, but the moves are so clunky and janky and don't feel like actual comobs at all. I want the abilities to link up to each other and visually flow like a lot of other games accomplish, but blizz is chained to old systems that don't seem to allow it. Hopefully in the future when they get their rework, we'll see.

soul you are right ...also out of all melee the ww is the most squishy. for a mobility change i think they need to rework roll and change it to wind glide. hit wind glide and a burst of wind comes under your feet bursting you forward to the target location also use it to escape.
