    fantastic pattern and thank you for the video tutorial as well! just wanted to let you know I think there might be a mistake in round three of the written pattern? when it switches to brown it says dc, 2dc rather than what it shows in the video which is dc, 2dc, dc

    My square came out well but i quit after round 5 and did not add the additional border. I feel like the pattern was not entirely clear and things that should have been said werent :( i had to restart my square multiple times and guess with a few of my stitches because you dont show it. I will be coming back to follow this ahain though. Thank you for sharing.

      Use written pattern for better understanding ( find the link in the description)

    If it said dc increase instead of 2dc it would simplify things!!!

    Round 4 was too confusing.

    • @VetkaKnit
      @VetkaKnit  Год назад +2

      This is Round 4
      using brown yarn Ch3, Dc, 2Dc, Dc2, 2Dc, Dc2, 2Dc, Hdc2, 2Hdc, Hdc2, 2Dc, Dc2, 2Dc, Dc2, 2Dc, Dc2, 2Dc, Dc2, 2Dc, Dc, Hdc, 2Hdc, Hdc, Dc, 2Dc, Dc2, 2Dc, join with sl st and cut the yarn
      Total 36 sts.
      Maybe the abbreviation confused you. Dc2 means work double crochet stitches into the next 2 stitches, Hdc2 means work half double crochet stitches into the next 2 stitches
      2Dc means work 2 double crochet stitches into the next stitch, 2Hdc means work 2 half double crochet stitches into the next stitch.
      In the video you could check in detail how I make each of the stitches

      Thank you! I saw the 2 afterward, and you didn't put 2 in the same Stitch. I was so lost!
