Foster's Kitchen Seared Ahi

Today's guest on Ikiaka's Kitchen, Jeff Foster, owner of Foster's Kitchen, makes his famous Seared Ahi seasoned with Cajun furikake spice and served over lilikoi ponzu and spicy black bean shoyu, then finished with diced oranges and micro-greens.
