Are these precautions just during the healing time or is this something you have to worry about the rest of your life?

I haven't a clue why you made this video. My surgeon says there are absolutely no anterior hip replacement precautions.

Would have been much more useful if the movements to be avoided were actually demonstrated

Two surgeons I have interviewed said there would be no post surgery percautions.

Most videos I have seen don’t include abduction precautions such as crossing legs. In fact for an anterior hip replacement as far as I have seen, it’s allowed.

It isn't. I had anterior hip replacement yesterday...I am still in hospital. They said no leg or ankle crossing.

No useful information for a patient.

This was useless. You mentioned entering and exiting a car, yet showed us nothing. What is the point of of giving us a way to remember what we aren’t supposed to do without showing what it means. Start over. Do better. Or maybe just do nothing. It’s just clutter.

i think it is abduction rather than adduction

Patient centered- stop using the word client- it goes against the very grain of what we do in the medical field. Client= I pay and you provide. Patient= I care for you regardless of your ability to pay. Its nonsense- as a future medical professional be aware- CLIENT is wrong!
