Ingredients:
400g korean silken tofu (pressed, freezed and thawed for three cycles)
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup sweet potato powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup oat milk
black pepper
Airfry at 200°C for 18-20 minutes
Vegan Salted Egg Sauce:
2 tbsp anatto oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/8 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp mushroom powder
1/2 cup oat milk
basil leaves
red chillies
