How to make Vegan Salted Egg Tofu | Easy Vegan Salted Egg Tofu Recipe

Hey Foodies! Seasoned tofu are tossed in flavorful vegan salted egg sauce, topped with basil and red chillies for some kick! You can now cook this iconic Asian dish, Veganized!

Ingredients:
400g korean silken tofu (pressed, freezed and thawed for three cycles)
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup sweet potato powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup oat milk
black pepper
Airfry at 200°C for 18-20 minutes
Vegan Salted Egg Sauce:
2 tbsp anatto oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/8 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp mushroom powder
1/2 cup oat milk
basil leaves
red chillies
