I saw your channel only a couple days ago and I feel as inspired as I used to be years ago... things have changed in my life, I got married and have 3 children under the age of 3 plus my 10 year old from my first marriage. My 2year old Twins and 4 month old keep me busy. I’ve always wanted my own salon where I can do hair and nails I love them both. But I’ve lost hope at 32 and 4 children I feel like it’s impossible. I’m so proud of everything you have accomplished. Your husband reminds me of mine. Hi I just saw her video too! I'm 45 and have 4 kids and getting out of a domestic violence situation. My kids are all almost teenagers. First off you're not too old, 2ndly I think you should definitely keep focused on your goals because as your kids get older you will wish you have your business too. Never give up, make your dreams your goals and turn them into a reality.💯💅🏾💅🏾
If you don't make it in your 20 you can in 30 ... you can do it anytime you want, it's never too late

I was going to open in California my home state,my salon.
But I moved outta state. Not sure if I should rent till I boost my clientele or just go for it and open my salon…. Any suggestions?

I'm turning to 18 this year. I really want to learn from professional nail tech. But my family can't afford so much and in our country 17 and 18 years old people can't have a part time job or u know some jobs. So I am just planning to learn it by myself from youtube and planning to open a nail salons in the future too.

Because of you I'll do what I have fighting with myself about... I'll go to nail school because everyone that see my nails ways stop me and ask who did my nails and I say me but when they ask if I do nails for people I say no. I think it's time . I Love Seeing Young Women Being Independent, I had my license in the 80s I was 20 yrs old, I'm 55 now and trying to do it all over again since i stopped at 22 for personal reasons, but always had my nails done and now I do my daughter's nails granddaughters nails, and there friend's, I Love it! So proud of you for following your dream even if hubby had to give you that gentle little boot lol your an awesome person inside and out just from watching your videos and listening to your story, I have been bing watching all of your videos and I am learning so much. I envy you I am not in any condition to follow my dream any longer but I love you. I am just teaching myself now I never had the money or the time to go to school and I always wanted to, but after raising 8 kids I found out I have cancer but my goal is to be able to do my own nails and my families and friends. But everything is so expensive so we will see how far I am able to go. But I am learning a lot ty hun your awesome.

Lets say the building is ready what products where essential to the start up? It seems like a polish line for gel and polish are needed as well as an acrylic system. I'm currently on a similar journey except I am haven't been to nail school YET (I got a bachelors degree) and my boyfriend and best friend have been bugging me to get certified because we all think I have a natural talent and I'm so passionate about nails - LOL! Thanks for sharing. I hope COVID "is over soon" (will it ever be? ugh) so that I can keep following this dream.
Absolutely loved this I know it help so many. People always make it look so simple to run and open a salon but always leave out the technical aspects that go into it. Tysmfs can't wait for the next one

I moved into a sweet not knowing I had to get any of the things you just talked about so now I have 30days to get the building inspected and to get a ventilation system for the sweet that I am only going to be in for 5 months so I’m stuck on what to do at the moment :(
