Nalla question. In one word I would say automation. In revit you can able to set parameter value for each element or instances of particular family only. But using dynamo we could set same or multiple parameter values for different category or families element in a single click of script. Same script ah neraya projects ku use paniklam. Nama thirumba thirumba panratha single click laye pana mudiyum. Not only for parameters change neraya task automation panalam.

Learn revit and one additional software such as Navisworks, Sketchup or Blender. You should know all tools and keep on searching for trainee roles. Apply in Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn. If you have reference also much better.
