The slide drop launch has got to be one of my favorite launches to do on the X side. It is very consistent when it comes to taking out things like WR and SW. Thanks for posting this breakdown. it's very helpful
Thanks for putting up this resource. That upper left stall is a hugely important technique that shows up a lot in JP tournament footage, so spreading info on how to accomplish it is gonna level up a lot of people's game. 👍
This is so cool, your consistency with it is impressive, when you talked about positioning yourself away from the exits as much as possible it made something click in my brain even though it makes so much sense lol, definitely gonna practice this
Your launch is so so good and consistent! Big inspo, time to practice!! Also, the shirt is fire! The distressed vintage look on the logo while the fabric seems actually heavy and premium quality! 🔥
I was today years old when I finally learnt why each side was called the 'B' side and the 'X' side. Cheers for the great vid man! Need to practice hard on this.

Nizuma Blader also showcased this technique. So far from my practice, its easiest to do with usually Ball bit. Ball bit can accept more angle of tilting to perform this technique than other bit such as High Needle bit.
really cool launch guide. Also sitting here going thru all the comments and trying to see if it was brought up; where did you get those pull tabs for your string launchers? 3-D printed?
Hello. Just wondering if this kind of launch technique can also be applied using ripcord launcher? It seems that string launcher allows you to be in control and can consistently do the drop launch as compared to ripcord. Do you have any advice for ripcord users (just like me) to be able to do such launching technique?
@@jobpaulcruz3404 you can definitely drop with a winder launcher. It takes a really steady hand holding the launcher, but you can be consistent with it
@madmaxy92 Okay I'll practice more to achieve the consistency needed to execute this launch technique. Just like you've said it takes hours of practicing to make this work. Thank you for this bro!

@@TheCIScommander consistency came with repetition and just training for hours a day. Try and find the closest launch to a drop you can and then just improve from there. Try and keep your launcher hand steady and be fluid with any movement you might do

@@madmaxy92 Yeah, I understand. Yes! You can do it in hasbro. Due to the fact that the hasbro stadium is smaller, the drop launch won't stall as long in the pockets
