Thanks for the great video Really Useful and clearly explained - A few follow up queries - 1) Do I have to use a scheduled Live Broadcast? i.e. will the embed code change for each Live? 2) How can I have Live Stream embed code that doesn't change - i.e. will always just display LIVE if I am live - i.e. I don't have to embed code on my website. Many thanks
How can I programmatically detect when a new live video is broadcasted? I want to broadcast live videos (either RUclips, or facebook) and then go to my website and automatically see its embedded video
Really good information from your website thank you and put a more and more best information off the upcoming channel's it's really help for your upcoming channels startups
Am looking for the I can embed a live stream from youtube to my website and the ID should be able to update automatically for the next stream. Can you help me please?
Hi, I'm not sure whether Facebook allow you to embed live content. I think it may have been possible in the past, but not so much anymore. You'd have to check the Facebook documentation.
Has this changed recently? I cant seem to embed livestreams - it looks as if RUclips has a new requirement to embed livestreams on the Channel Status and Features. Under the Embed Live Streams card it says "You must have an active adsense accoubt linked to your RUclips account before you can embed live streams."
Chris, I just came across this issue, as well. I had a client make a new RUclips page so we could use it for their livestream I'm producing. The livestream needs to be embedded. Then on a test run, ran into the problem that the embed couldn't be viewed. I just used my own account for the test, and it worked. Then finally came across the info that you posted after a couple of hours of research. So that's a really important note you posted there, for anyone troubleshooting in the future.
Any way to ingest my own Facebook live stream as flash/rtmp input in vmix, I need a playout in an external monitor avoid using web browser option opening live video in fullscteen
I'm not sure that you can. As it's a free platform, they probably want your viewers to continue watching videos. You might have to do some deeper research.

You (or someone else) would have to write a script or more custom code on your website. I plan on making a Python script if my boss lets me.
Thank you so much for the live stream work around! I have been trying to figure that out for WEEKS now! HA
