Acknowledging what you said, while the reverse is also true. Bahu eventually becomes daughter in her sasural. But damaad remains damaad in his sasural, rarely becomes a son. That is the issue with pampering and respectful treatment
@@Kyuundaime in today's scenario bahu never becomes a daughter since they don't want to live with joint family further daamad never like to go to his sasural that's also a fact neither they become daughter and some time not even wife the results will be seen in coming decades of what is happening now.

@@noamorwell - It's not a "skit". It's a "stand-up". Nonetheless, here's an answer to your question with just SOME, amongst many other, examples:
"3 din mein kitne kilo aam khila dun." - the literary element used here is called "hyperbole".
"Mein subah mootne gaya andar se Maza nikla, yaar." - again, hyperbole AND simile.
"Aisa lagg raha hai mein Modi hun woh mera Akshay Kumar hai." - simile
"Inka bass chale ye Ashwathama ko life insurance bech dein." - simile, again.
"Har saal aapki value girte girte...law of diminishing marginal utility ke hisaab se." - metaphor.
@@siddhantparikh3260 I asked you about metaphors and not the other literary elements (because most stand-ups tend to have hyperbole and similes anyway--- even the mostly anecdotal ones).
You mentioned "metaphors" (as in plural) in your original comment, but came up with just a single metaphor in your reply. And even that one you mentioned is not a metaphor (it's not even a simile)
