I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now. It works so well that I cannot tolerate to use my radio without it. The only drawback I have noticed so far is that very very weak signals get clipped or completely cut off, so you have to adjust the slider when hunting weak signals. It may also be due to the fact that the app needs more use so that it better learns my noise, as is stated in the user guide, it takes a few days of use to get really good. In any case, I’m already very happy with it.
I think I saw in the instructions that you should turn off DNR and NB before you send the audio to the server. Thanks for posting this video - I picked up a few things from it that I didn't see before.

Can I just check, the headphone out from my FTDX10 should be connected to mic input on my PC? Is that right?

Yes before submitting the recording make sure nb etc are off

And you are turning DNR off when using the AI?
Yes, otherwise you won't see the full benefit of the AI.
Once you get used to it, experiment with DNR on
