there will be 2 meta type teams -critical dmg team :1 stunner, 1 support and 1 att char for crit dmg during stun and - disorder team: 2 anomaly chars of different element and 1 def char to def and buff anomaly for the 2 anomaly chars to kill enemies without needing stun at all. There will be future new game mode which enemies do not get stun at all. Go to VR device free training and you can select non stunnable enemy and you know which team is stronger for that game mode.
Don't underestimate non stun ATK teams as well. (ie. 2 support + 1 atk) If enemies can't be stunned in new game, you're attackers won't be worthless - you're stunners will. You can easily drop the stunner in Ellen team for Soukaku + Rina. Other attackers will be able to do similar things, there's already soukaku + lucy teams carrying the attackers

The problem I have with stun characters is that I'm always considering fielding my ATK instead because that's reasonably the best unit I have equipped. So I always wonder if switching to my stun is a dps loss (overall) because Lycaon etc. deals *really* poor damage, even WITH good equipment. Always feels like they are made for the defensive assists because those, for some reason, deal way more daze than advertised in the skill menu. Like twice or thrice as much as I expect. For example, when I'm farming discs for my Zhu Yuan, there is that archer type and that brute type monster. The archer takes more than two full rotations of Lycaons Charged attack to get stunned, but will get *instantly* stunned when I defensive assist with him. Even Ellen's defensive assist gets him to 50% stagger. Stunners take so much field time.... I think the Meta will evolve towards Anomaly-Support-DPS With DPS + Support being the same element, while Anomaly has a different one. Assault for example increases daze as well, so that might actually be something to consider.
I feel like allowing her with grace would also be good since you'd have two Anomaly characters, effectively allowing you get disorders a lot easier. I'm really excited to pull Jane, even when I don't really have any supporting characters for her.

Grace Seth and Jane is the best anomaly team since Seth reduce anomaly resistance while being a defence char to protect 2 anomaly chars so no need to stun enemies as this team can kills most normal and elite enemies before they even get stun.
I might have to skip just because I’m getting zhu yuan and already spent almost 150 pulls for Ellen, but if that’s the price for shark maid, then I’m willing to pay it. (I got zhu on my second account within 20 pulls, I’m killing my self)

Yup, but I think it's better to just spam small anomalies while slowly breaking the enemies defence instead of wasting time stunning the enemy, also because the second slot in the team is suppose to be for Seth cuz he is designed to be the support for anomally reactions

What's the fastest way to get Rina's dolls out, I noticed you used dash attacks (I think) I have her at M1 and I can honestly not find good use for her so far.
Congrats man, she becomes an actual character at M1! Personally I either take a opportunity to chain attack for the dolls (pretty slow but okay grouping) or just assist followups. EX skill is fairly quick and prompts a quick assist so it's nice to use occasionally. You can also definitely use her by swapping in, hitting left click and then swapping out but I personally find it kind of clunky to perform

She works better with Grace and Seth. If you pair her with Nekomata, you'll lose her additional passive ability because you need at least one anomaly character beside herself to activate it.
I have Rina and grace 🤔, but imma skip Jane for Qingyi for cool factor and to pair her with her cop buddy Zhu Yuan and they can go on cop adventures, I don't care much about meta.
