I just pulled Lodius a couple of days ago and I have a couple of wonderful red options. And as a FTP player I have waited a long time to be in this position. So I'm definitely leveling him up pronto. I think I'm only going to level up Franz ahead of him because I pulled him just before I got Lodius and knowing what he will do with him has me in awe.

Pulled Livia. Still hoping they will buff Fulvia. Lodius is just not fair compaired to say Zappa also at very fast speed.
