I haven’t been to PF Changs in years since probably they first opened. I liked their lettuce wraps. Thanks Derek and Catherine! It’s so great to have to back posting videos!!❤
I have actually never ate at one. We do have 2 of them both about 60 miles from my house. I know friends who go there frequently and love their food. I thought the price was spot on. Now they are classified as Asian Infusion food and not Chinese food per say. But when I google it I do get both. I loved the info on the PF as far as the desserts. As far as the soups Iv'e heard friends talk about the egg drop and won ton being very good. We do have several Chinese and Japanese places to eat in my town and they are building a Panda Express here too. Now just a suggestion. I have learned to order my drinks (for me a cold beer) and appetizers first. Once they bring that then order your meal. I find it gives you more time to enjoy the whole meal and experience. Great Video.
I subscribe to many food review channels on u-tube. Your channel is by far the most pleasant and informative one I watch. You both have such a sweet demeanor and genuine kindness. I am enjoying all these latest reviews. Thanks for taking me along with you both. 💗💗
I do NOT like it when all Of my food comes out at once. I dine alone. I often have to say, I think I’ll begin with… and then I’ll see what I want t next. They want your entire order at once ! I like to order a drink, maybe an appetizer or a salad. Then, my entree or whatever I decide. To me, it’s an experience. I see families come in after im seated, and leave before I do! I just don’t get it. It ain’t inexpensive to dine out! Enjoy your experience!
Derek and Catherine....That food looks awfully good.....I'd like to join you someday, but my wife doesn't like Chinese food as It's too expensive...... We're going to WENDY'S for a gourmet meal tonite.........Great Post
You two are great. Catherine is engaging and Derek is entertaining. Please consider trying out local independent restaurants or fairs/festivals. Those would certainly provide a wealth of opportunity for your enthusiastic reviews.
I go to All you can eat Mongolian BBQ for $15 each You choose all your items & they cook it as you wait in line. 4- big Bowls & a scoop of Green Tea or Ginger Ice cream for desert Oh! And The sesame bread pockets you stuff w/ some of your delicious bowl of food. I would give PF Chang a C+. Nothing Special Stay Safe & Take Care
I started going to P.F. Chang’s over 20 years ago in New York. The first couple of times service was bad, but the food was good. I was asked to give them another try which I did. the food was really good for a long time until it wasn’t. Their Mongolian beef used to be excellent, but I find way too many scallions and they don’t slice them up. They’re big pieces. The chicken lettuce wraps are consistently good otherwise it really is hit and miss
You two are so cute!💕 Food looked good and at a reasonable price considering all of our food prices have risen dramatically. My hubby and I would not be happy with all the food coming at once. Makes you feel rushed and does effect the dining experience. For that reason we would probably not return. Great video!
Hey guys, I really thought that was a lot of yummy food for $50! How much would it have been on the Las Vegas strip? I really like your addition to the program of walking around and commenting on what's going on and places you come across. Your banter is great.
See that’s my major beef with P.F. Chang’s so bring all the food at once can’t tell you how many times I’ve told them bring the appetizers first then the meal and they don’t listen. What I do is just order the appetizer and I wait until I’m finished before I order the main course which pisses the weight off, but that’s the only way to do it. Otherwise everything comes at the same time and look how ridiculous how many scallions you have in the Mongolian beef
Fleming no longer owns PF Chang's and the food has gone down considerably since then. It's now more like it's sister restaurant, Pei Wei. It's not even similar to what it was in the early 2000's and no longer offers many of their signature dishes like the chicken salad with that delicious dressing. Their soups used to be completely different too.
Same here, I also cannot recommend the Hot&Sour soup. It seems they wanted to oomph it up too much, when compared to your typical one from a Chinese mom&pop restaurant. What I truly recommend, though, is their beef fried rice. Not sure how they cook their beef pieces in it - but it's super special, in a good way. (And you don't need pay extra for the beef in it.) I always take half home and have it for lunch the next day. In Phoenix, this same feast comes out a little cheaper - 20$pp. A pretty good review!
Haven't been to PF Changs in years. Food looks good just weird that they brought out all the courses so close together/same time. Thanks for the review.
I Miss Melbourne- POT STICKER Dumplings... and WONTON SOUP... Loads of vietnamese pho in AUS.. America's KUNG PAo Chicken and CHOPSUEY I Love Hunan, Cantonese and Schezwan Cuisine... Sweet Upload.. Lovely...
Watch carefully on the bill there and other restaurants because when it comes to tipping the percentage isn’t accurate. They charge more than what the percentage is so don’t rely on the automatic tipping chart do the math yourself. Unfortunately this has become more common with the tipping suggestions.
by modern standards, I'd call that a reasonable deal. Not a 'steal', but a lot of places are now around 50 bucks for two people to eat nicely. But they should wait until you finish your soup course before bringing out the mains. That's just wrong.
Never been to P.F. Chang's. I always thought of it to Chinese food what Olive Garden is to Italian food. But for the price and your review it seems like a good deal.
Hot and sour soup is my favorite. Unfortunately, most Chinese restaurants add pepper flakes to the soup. I always feel like like the pepper skins get stuck in my throat. P.F. Chang's is one of the few places that doesn't add pepper flakes.
The food looked very good. The only thing that makes this not an enjoyable meal is getting rushed along. I like to eat appetizer and soup prior to my meal. And I like my food hot. So by the time I get to my entree I'm sure it will have cooled. Plus it looks like a hot mess on the table. I can see at lunch if you need to return to work that you might enjoy a quick service. But in the evening people eat out to relax and enjoy each other's company. If it does not bother you it's all good, just my personal opinion.
I love you both with your food reviews and have followed you for a few years now. I would definitely recommend that you check out some authentic Chinese restaurants in Rowland Heights and the Monterey Park areas of the San Gabriel Valley. Get those chopsticks skills up guys.
That Mongolian beef looked pretty good, it’s the way I usually like it. I hate when they put white or yellow onions in it! I’ve never been to PF Chang’s.
I work as a cook at pf changs, they don’t care about quality at all, we have to serve precooked battered chicken because of a stupid corporate decision.
Good review. They slammed you with food. I'd order piece meal to keep it staggered. PF Changs is just ok. It's a sit down Panda Express. I've eaten at Planet Hollywood only in Vegas but prefer real Chinese not corporate. The area is one big corporate chain restaurant mall.
PF Chang’s is a complete joke and ripoff to customers. Food quality went down hill years ago and has never improved. Don’t waste your money at this overpriced phony oriental restaurant
I feel like you were being rushed, you should not be getting everything on top of each other like that. But everything looked wonderful. IMHO PF Chang's Banana Spring Rolls with coconut/pineapple ice cream is worth going all by itself ;)
Try Asian Kitchen in Laguna Niguel south past Crown Valley Parkway, on Moulton which turns into Golden Lantern. Puts PF Changs to the shot grave where it belongs.
The only issue I’ve found is PF changs and Panda Express have the same issue if you find a good one there great but unfortunately both chains have bad ones too, it’s really hit and miss with both companies
The hot and sour soup looked really oily, it shouldn’t have. The food coming out all at once was atrocious and unacceptable IMO. Never been a fan of the chain, too many good independently owned Chinese restaurants…blech
❤️ If you're enjoying this video, please give it a like! ✅
Food looks good but the service in terms of not separating the soup, apps and entrees leave little time for the average diner to enjoy a night out
Hi guys i miss watching your vegas videos
I haven’t been to PF Changs in years since probably they first opened. I liked their lettuce wraps.
Thanks Derek and Catherine! It’s so great to have to back posting videos!!❤
Great video, thank you for the tour.
The most likeable couple, thank you for your hard work. Great videos.

Your videos are incredible! You make us feel we are there with you.
Food looks great. I’ll have to take hubby there. 😀
Love your food reviews!!! You both make a great team. I enjoy your honest opinions on food.

Thank you so much! 🙂
You guys work so well together. Catherine is on a roll tonight 😅 Thanks for this fun restaurant review. Feels like old times again. 👍
She's OK. But I liked them Better when they did thier reviews in Vegas. Apparently LA is a new home for them. So it is what it is.
is it really 3 courses if it comes out at the same time? 😂
No
I do NOT like it when all

Thanks guys ! Love what you do ! Appreciate you !!

Catherine is adorable
I have always had a good experience at that restaurant

Great to see you two again ❤
I am sooooo glad, y'all are making videos again. I love it and y'all. I also live in LA.
Excellent deal. Great video.

Yes, they do have that special at my local PF Chang's. I'm taking my husband tonight, he's been having a hard time at work.

Looks so good! Please review McCormick & Scmidts, haven't been there in 40 years!
Hello 👋🏽 Derek & Catherine 😊
Love their dumplings and egg drop g
Crispy green beans too! Love watching you both👏👏

Wow, this place is still around?
Hard to believe.
only been to PF Chang once and it was ok, but nothing great. So good to see you both and thanks for the great review!
Looks like fun. I didn't even know that area existed! Please try eating at the Anaheim Packing House next time you're in the area 💓
I love P.F. Changs ❤ Shrimp Lo Mein is my jam. 😁 Wonderful seeing you two .
I never knew that about the reason for the steakhouse desserts!!

Sounds like a great dinner deal for that price. i'll check it out.
Damn guys ! Wish we had it in Calgary . Heckers !! NEED !
That warning appears in many a place.Usually on food boxes

We love your video ❤ and Let party start. 🥳 and Food so Delicious 😋 and I love Honey Crispy Chicken and rice
Noddles. California Rolls. ❤❤

Thanks for the review.

That’s affordable. Nice dinner out.
Love your videos.

Those are really big bowls of soup!
I love the Great Wall of chocolate its so good!
i wonder if theyhave that special at my local PF Chang.
I say go crazy just have a good time
Love your food videos!!
George likes spicy chicken
Haven’t tried Panda Express yet either lol Maybe September in Vegas lol
by modern standards, I'd call that a reasonable deal. Not a 'steal', but a lot of places are now around 50 bucks for two people to eat nicely. But they should wait until you finish your soup course before bringing out the mains. That's just wrong.

I work there it's horable!
Never been to P.F. Chang's. I always thought of it to Chinese food what Olive Garden is to Italian food. But for the price and your review it seems like a good deal.
Interesting fact about Flemings/PF. Love Flemings; PF not so much. How was the salt? Lettuce wrap used to be a go-to.
Looks tasty. It's not Vegas buffet spaghetti and fried chicken, but looks good for fast casual food.
God bless always 🙏
Hot and sour soup is my favorite. Unfortunately, most Chinese restaurants add pepper flakes to the soup. I always feel like like the pepper skins get stuck in my throat. P.F. Chang's is one of the few places that doesn't add pepper flakes.
The dance with hot and sour soup is the vinegar balance. Can be delicious or extremely "sour".
Used to go all the time, Mongolian beef looks skimpy!
I got the full plate of Mongolian beef last night and my first reaction was "Where's the beef??"
They brought the entrees out too quick
PF Chang's is a Rip Off. Smaller portions + they rush everyone, Get in Get & Get Out.
they got smaller then 6 years ago right?
True. Not much of a feast with all the up charges and $9 desserts.
Food is meh, service stinks & they can’t get rid of you fast enough.
And way too sweet
$24.99 for Mongolia beef dish lol. Worth about $15.
The food looked very good.
The only thing that makes this not an enjoyable meal is getting rushed along. I like to eat appetizer and soup prior to my meal. And I like my food hot. If it does not bother you it's all good, just my personal opinion.
Didn't know that about Paul Fleming!!
They really did a bad job on timing. I guess they expect most people to get to-go boxes.
took away all my favs
used to be my fav
not returned in over 5 years
I love you both with your food reviews and have followed you for a few years now. I would definitely recommend that you check out some authentic Chinese restaurants in Rowland Heights and the Monterey Park areas of the San Gabriel Valley. Get those chopsticks skills up guys.
At PF Chang’s, if you don’t die from Sodium toxicity you are lucky. Excessive salt covers almost every bad flavors. Beware
Go back to Vegas 🥰
Love PF Chang.
I have eaten their frozen food at the supermarket. Very affordable, especially on sale🤯
That Mongolian beef looked pretty good, it’s the way I usually like it. I hate when they put white or yellow onions in it! I’ve never been to PF Chang’s.
We need to try this soon in Eugene Oregon. Thank you for the video.
I work as a cook at pf changs, they don’t care about quality at all, we have to serve precooked battered chicken because of a stupid corporate decision.
Try the Kung Pow Shrimp.

Never been to a p.f Chang's but it looks good
Love PF Chang! And I am Asian
I always like PF Chang 🎉
All you can… what?! 😂
It looks like a good deal!
What do you get today for 21 bucks! A sandwich can cost you that much .
Seems a bit exy for the amount of food you got. I mean 2 soups, boiled rice and 2 mains. I am not sure. The Mongolian beef did make my mouth water.
*THEY'RE great
Whooooooooooooaaa delish!!!
I work at the one in Dallas Texas! I’m glad you enjoyed the chefs feast , awesome video by the way
P.f. stand for price frugal
I ate at the one in Planet Hollywood and was NOT impressed, way over priced
The hot and sour soup looked really oily, it shouldn’t have. The food coming out all at once was atrocious and unacceptable IMO. Never been a fan of the chain, too many good independently owned Chinese restaurants…blech
I miss you guys playing the slots
The noise level in that place is a big turn off. Yack, yack, yack. 😱
A pricy panda ex
I was disappointed.
I don't find P.F. Chang's that good
