Jeez. Tough to afford doing this now adays. Our McDonalds just raised prices. Those little burritos doubled in price over the last year. (Thats all I eat there). The BK in town also just raised prices. About 25% but the manager said they might have another price raise coming.

Why the heck is Burger King's biscuit sandwich so much more expensive than all of the others? $5.50 versus as low as $3.50 before tax? Insanity. Here in Wisconsin on the app you can order a 2 biscuit/small hash browns/small coffee meal for $4!!
They also have lots of 2 for 1 breakfast sandwich specials. Probably how they make money get you in there & then charge a fortune for the non special items
Starbucks wasn't the same thing. No biscuit. It was a roll. Therefore, it wasn't a bacon , egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit is a major component. Chick fil a wins 🏆.
$6.00 For a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit is ridiculous. You can buy the full big breakfast (with hot cakes) at McDonalds where I live in East Peoria Illinois for a little over $6.00. For that you get eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, 3 hot cakes, and a biscuit.
My go to breakfast sandwich is McDonald's sausage mcmuffin with egg or their bagel sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese. I like the sausage mcmuffin (no egg) too. Biscuit sandwiches are usually way too dry and/or hard.
The other important element is, the Chick-fil-A worker was the only one to greet you by saying your name, then repeated your name at the window. Politeness goes along way! Plus they have a superior product. It’s a Christian business and it shows. God’s character can be found, but far and few in between.

Another awesome video! I agree that Chick is the better option. But I also like Jack in the Box’s breakfast. They have the “Breakfast Jack” sandwich which is grille ham and cheese with a fried egg on a bun. Very delicious and only $2.50 at least in Texas.

I always thought Chicfilea was good. I have enjoyed most everything they make. When my husband took me there for the first time I thought, oh another chicken sandwich. I was very surprised and delighted by how good it was. Everything was well presented and the restaraunt was clean and tidy. Nothing but good thoughts for chickfila. Thanks to you Catherine, I will be trying their breakfast sandwhich next.
Wendy’s is my go to for the moment, but it is because I am in love with their breakfast potato wedges. Love the breakfast biscuits too. Btw, Costco sells a great artisan or ciabatta roll like Starbucks uses.

I'm shocked that the Burger King biscuit was SO high priced. I'm on a diet so I don't eat there as often as I used to but I always thought they were on the lower end with their prices. And yes I would love it if you tried McDonald's newly brought back Bacon and and Cheese bagel. Then try one at Dunkin Donuts and if you have an Big Apple bagel store. PS I always you the restaurants apps to find deals.

To me Chick-Fil-A won because Starbucks wasn't a biscuit sandwich. You can't compare Apples to Oranges in a breakfast BISCUIT challenge. However with that said you made me hungry for the Starbucks one and I went and bought one for dinner. I agree it was great!! About 350 calories which isn't to bad. And like you said one perk to the Strabucks sandwich is you can have it anytime of the day! I also wasn't expecting much from it since it was just re-heated but it was very good and I plan to buy it again! I paid $5.01 for it.
I agree with the tie for first place. Chick-fil-A definitely had the egg quality while Starbucks reminds me of a gourmet type of breakfast sandwich that I would be willing to try 😋🤤

I would definitely rank CFA 1, because I used to work for them and I know they make their breakfast sandwiches from scratch. Starbucks are good, some might say better ingredients, but they are made off premises and are just heated up in store. CFA should have the slight edge. BK, shame on you ! 😎
Wawa has the best breakfast sandwich and at a cheaper price. I like Starbucks too. Some of the bigger restaurant chain are the worst and highest price.
The only one I have had is McDonald’s, so this was interesting to me. I could tell when you tasted that you liked Chicfila. Comparing French fries from fast food would be interesting. Recently had McDonald’s and have to say nothing like they once were! Another interesting comparison would be subs from different sub shops, maybe include WaWa even though not typically drive thru, compare similar type of sub such as Italian.
Catherine I suggest if you want to keep on the fast food situation you try the new hamburger yes I said Burger from Arby's. The way my store prepared it was unbelievable I hope that happens for you as well if you do try it it was great.
