I found out that re-sampling the arpeggiator function and Sunburst, etc takes the load off CPU. No clicking... To a point
This is realistically the only peice of gear you'd need to make music, you can literally do it all from just one device and thats amazing!

download 808 wave samples u can load any sound on ur system into maschine
I'm used to mpc work flow.... Been using mpc since the mid nineties.... I want to get one of these, but I am worried about learning how to do shit all over again... There are things that I like about this thing, and there are some things that I'm not looking forward to..... I'm going to be comparing the mk3 to the new mpc live, and see which one would make the most sense for my work flow. The mpc is just the best sequencer ever, it's hard to switch. Great video tho!

You should turn down the velocity of your higher pitched 808s so there not so loud

This very dope. Just subscribed!! I have a question about the sampling tool you used after making your main melody. Can I do this with the Maschine Mikro MK3? I’m curious to know how you did that and the effects you used to give it more color. Great job man!
Thank you. Yeah you can do this on the mikro as well. I dont know how because i dont have one. But If you select a pad you can press sampling and navigate to the intern sampling mode. Select the output of the pad you want to record and Click on record. For color i like to use the soundtoys bundle. Decapitator, echoboy etc.
All of these sounds are from native instruments wut kits did u use?
The guitar is from spitfire labs (its free), and the flute from arturias analog lab.

Yeah that’s my fault. If the sample stops at an unfavorable point you get this unpleasant sound.
Under 10minutes. Because u fast foward + expert. Fact is 30minutes atleast.

+David Bley , what was your creative reasoning/process for creating your melody with the mallets, and then resampling it, and chopping it differently? I can speculate as to why you'd want to do that, but I also would love to hear your input on your reasoning and how it helps your creative process.
I do this everytime to come with different ideas with the same Input. Sometimes it sounds better after chopping it up. Sometimes i use ist for a B-Section etc. ...

The MK3 has an interface built in. You can sample directly from Maschine itself, pretty cool feature.

Its because i cut it without addapting the Release time within the sampler. So yeah you can fix it in the adsr control section within Maschine.

i've been wanting to make beat videos with my mk3 as well, how do you record your internal maschine audio like this?
mikaiah create a new pad -> press sampling mode -> record (internal master) -> start recording.
Another way is record it in another daw or audacity (free)
Hard. Does it have to be plugged into the computer to use vst's? Or are the vsts loaded onto the hardware itself? Could i go cordeless and still be able to load up vst's?
Kiid Planet you need to connect it to a Computer. Its a Midi Controller.
