  • The City of North Vancouver is a city on the north shore of Burrard Inlet, British Columbia, Canada. It is a suburb of Vancouver. It is the smallest in area and the most urbanized of the North Shore municipalities, although it has significant industry of its own.
North Vancouver is an important shipping port for lumber, ore and grain. Its shipyards were a central part of the Canadian economy.

Everytime I watch your videos I feel like am driving or walking around the hood. Good enough to familiarize myself with the city

Burnaby drivers are the worst... I've never seen so many people ignore stop signs
In other parts of the Lower Mainland people are too stooopid to know when to go
Burnaby drivers just blow through stop signs like they are not even there

LOL. You have no idea. Canada's population has increased at monstrous amount in a short amount of time. The vast majority can't afford to live in North Vancouver.
If you have lived in Maple Ridge, or Surrey your whole life you would have seen an even more dramatic increase.

I plan to come back to my childhood town, Moose Jaw SK, when my retirement comes.
