Everybody knows that but the physical state is still reserved and the same, but it wasn't just simply flooded by rain(not sewer but flood) there was some guy in history that I don't know some people say he died before reaching the Kaaba and some said he reached and even burnt it but whatever it is that's your burning Kaaba but did it changed it?
