I had the same reaction for Maya's part at 3:05 too. It was so cool and stylish I was tripping over my words lol.
From what I understand so far I think they're storyline is somehting like the following. So first they're like aliens who are new to planet earth (grl gang), people around them are like "ew aliens, y'all are weird" but they're embracing they're 'alien-ness' because it makes them cool and unique (TGIF), and learning the ways of the earth and the things we do here etc (New Dance and also why there are still futuristic alien-y elements in this video) and eventually they'll dominate in their own unique way (next tracks on the album).

Cocona has been teasing us with her vocal flavor since their early guestings in K-shows and on the XTRA XTRA Docu series. Her voice is just eargasmic and perfect for this track. Harvey killed her short but sweet verse. Jackson Wang ain't lying when he said XG IS THE FUTURE because they are. And this is only the beginning.

Seriously this reminds me of my childhood and I was even tripping off the headband/bandana look coming back last night when they performed at tokyo girls collection. This definitely reminds me of Aaliyah and funny enough I thought about Back & Forth after you said Rock the Boat lol. I only saw them perform for the first time at kcon but all the songs I've heard from them I've liked. They are definitely bringing something different and they're really good like I was shook at them dancing down the runway on TGC. I hope they can keep gaining more and more attention because they really standout just from what I've seen
