PUNKS just need more. I don’t just mean in Master Duel either. They’re a new archetype so it’s to be expected. As time goes on and they get more boss monsters, and win conditions, they’ll be much better. Here’s hoping too. My favorite summoning mechanics are fusion and synchro, so I want this archetype to do well since it combines the two.
After they got dia note, they will have a one card combo that bounce 2 cards on opponent turn, searchable ghost ogre, potentially without using a normal summon if you use e-tele
True but I blame Konami for making yet another token spam card after putting how many of those on the ban list smh. But the deck desperately needs the lvl 5 monster and Psychic End Punisher.
we still have to wait until konami releases the 3 new punk cards to make pure punk viable, since it's kinda bad right now without outside help (for example the auroradon combo to get into staples) punk's current state in master duel is "free halqi", sadly

If this archetype had more support and some better cards/win condition I would consider playing it because I love the designs of these cards.
they have a bunch of unreleased cards coming and they rely on cupid pitch to do stuff which comes out next month so they'll get better over time :)

@@sydneybrighter8728 How does that line go exactly? Because I'm having trouble imagining how Deer Note results in a bounce during the opponent's turn.

Most punk variants I’ve seen have 2 of the fusion and 2 of the synchro but those are the only punk ED monsters available currently iirc so 🤷🏻♂️

Their synchro boss is pretty good but right now the archetype seems best utilized as a small e-tele engine for decks that rely on halq

i used Punk small engin halq on my swordsoul tenyi deck its INSANE VERY STRONG OPENING FIRST OR SECOND TURN only problem maxx c quick play spell

Yeah, since with e-tele you can get 2 level 3 tuners on the board and punk doesnt class with VW

Meh, yet another archetype that falls into the category of just being an engine to summon the same extra deck negates that 90% of decks use.
