Facchetti (RIP) was one of the most overrated defenders ever, always protected by referees even in domestic matches. How on earth was this defender never sent off in his career?? In this match alone he deserved at least two of the new inventions in this World Cup, the yellow card.

Facchetti deserved at least 4 yellow cards in this game alone, which would mean he would be sent off after the first two yellows.. Why he was always protected, especially in the Italian Serie A, is beyond comprehension.
