@@LimaBr_ Well for one thing, it's phantoms that are cold, not ghosts. And since Youmu is Half-Phantom, she is less cold.
@@LimaBr_ youmu is half phantom, so her body temperature is somewhat colder than normal humans' and phantom's temperature is somewhat warmer.
Yuyuko is not a phantom, but a ghost(different things) so there aren't too many ways to even recognize her not being a living human anymore.
actual phantoms are basically guaranteed to be boring, without much to really do about it, so it's not really surprising.

What is this?
If I had 5 of your local currency for every time I'd seen a series with almost exclusively female characters, including Japanese women, racist women and a ridiculously overpowered child who's older than she looks, I'd have 10 of your local currency.
Which isn't much, but it's weird that it happened twice.
And Touhou is not one of them surprisingly, because it has at least three named male characters.
