Basically, it's about Michael Jordan playing a basketball game with the Looney Tunes against aliens who stole talent from some of the big NBA stars of the time. It's ridiculous, and that's why it was great!

Muggsy was one of the most fun players to watch ever in the NBA. I was working for the TV station that did San Antonio Spurs games during Muggsy's career, so I got to see him play live in person a lot of times.
They mentioned Spud Webb, who was the shortest player before Muggsy. Webb is 5'8 and competed in a slam dunk competition. You should react to that, it's pretty amazing.

Being 5'3" and managing to have a 14-year NBA career is HOF worthy all on its own.
As a newspaper photographer, I photographed Muggsy at both Wake and the Hornets. I'm 6'3", towering over him, but stood in awe of the guy!
Muggsy was absolutely fearless. As a basketball-obsessed kid in the 90's, I was in awe of him. Still am!
He was fun to watch play the game, very underrated. He was an excellent player.
