Just found your channel, Amazing! I am new to the hobby and am excited to share it with my kids. Your work on your track is inspiring. God bless you, your channel, and your ministry.
Hey Anthony hope you Christmas merry was great. I was wondering how you started with all your tracks. Did you buy multiple sets? Or did you buy buy the piece?
Beautiful layout. Your hard work and love for the hobby ( addiction) shows very clearly in video. I’m about to get started at my own. Yours is my inspiration . Keep up the great videos.
Wow. I don't say that lightly, but I'll say it again, Wow. I came over to your channel after watching your chat with my friend, John Kit today. What you've done is inspiring. Thanks for sharing. Cheers.
My mechanical room doesn't get very dusty. Just wipe down your track with a dry cloth. I use a shop vac sometimes to vacuum the track and scenery areas.
Hi Anthony, could I get you to explain the lane changer in-between your 2 fuel stops lanes......I've looked on Carrera website but I can't find anything that looks like it. Its not a double lane changer but it sure looks similar. Many thanks
Great Track. I like it how you put in the trees. A bit too much of your nice! Dunlop Building in my point of view 😏 Kindest regards from Minidrom Luetzelbuch
This is truly outstanding! You can see this is a passion! Congrats!! Perhaps one little constructive comment: I would give the pits and starting grid a bit more attention.
Anthony, how long did it take to build this outstanding work of art. I will not even ask how much money you have invested . This is without a doubt the best slot car track I have ever seen.
Too kind my friend. It took about 3 months for the basics and another 3 - 5 months refining everything. I'm still learning. As new things come out I reconsider changes. I watch a lot of F1 and get inspiration.
great track, you mentioned the length of the race track, but what's the size of the area you dedicated to your "playground" you put the track on . This seems to be a room entirely dedicated to your Carrera-Bahn (to call it by its German original ;-) ). simply beautiful. Yes there's quite a bit of magnetig racing stuff to be discovered there. Very tastefully decorated. Now only the spectators enjoying the race are missing... Very cool
Guten morgen...that's the only German I know. thank you Reinhard for the kind words. My layout is 34 feet x 8 ft. It takes up most of the room but it's my man-cave. I wanted a layout that stessed trees and nature terrain. I didn't want a lot of building structures or figures.
@@MrAramsey4979 so converted to the metric system roughly 12m x 3 m. Almost seems narrow... Realistically hardly to be implemented in Germany where everything seems to be smaller. Wouldn't even fit in my living room and that's the largest room of the whole house....Again very tastefully made!
Sam...it's a long story but I took all five taps out. I have no taps with over 140+ feet of track and 16 change lane tracks. I'm running 16 volts and the cars run fine. I took the taps out because the Tek Slot box that switches from digital to analog was being shorted. I assumed I had misswired my wire taps. The box started working. Not sure if it solved the problem or not but I never put the taps back in.
@@samiamcolesioe2469 Sam if I am understanding you correctly, all my power comes from the CU track. I run 16 volts. I will provide new racing videos soon.
@@MrAlihawk369 In my opinion, yes at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's not bad. But you have to follow the instructions. And paint the parts before you assemble them per the instructions.
Absolutely amazing what you have done. I’m new to this hobby. If you don’t mind me asking what is the dimensions of your tables? And I’m surprised you did this all without a program how long did it take you to figure out your layout?
Thank you Dano and happy holidays to you and your family. My table dimensions are 34 ft x 8 ft. I just used my imagination for the layout. I lay track pieces on the floor without connecting them and came up with a plan. It took about 2 hrs or so come up with my concept.
Tek Slot agreed to upgrade my box at a discounted price. I pretty much disassembles 60% of my track and removed all jumper wires trying to find a short but I never found one. The box worked for a few weeks and then it stopped working again. Everything works in digital but analog is inconsistent. Not sure what the issue is after isolating everything. Hopefully it will start to work again like it did before. Not sure what to do. Too much money invested to buy another box. Thanks for the question.
Hi there, I'm desperate for help and i don not find any answers anywhere... so as I'm subscribe to your channel because of your expertise, knowledge, layouts, cars, videos etc etc i thought you might know how to solve my carrera digital 132 problems... Basically every time I want to code a car it goes to RC #3 no matter what so now all my 22 cars are coded to RC #3 and I can not turn on/off the lights and all of them do change lanes without me clicking on the change lane button, basically all my cars are now in 1 throttle #3 and do change lanes every single change lane piece of track... if friends bring over their cars they stayed the way they play at home but if we try to code the their cars again automatically they are coded to #3 throttle... Did it happen to you at some point? do you know how to solve? or do you know to whom I can ask for help? it does happen every time permanently even do I reset the unit control several times.... Please advice Getting really frustrated here... Cheers!!
What kind of controllers do you have? Are they standard Carrera controllers. Secondly, you can reset your control unit track. There are RUclips videos that show you how to reset your track system back to factory settings. That's what I would do. Anthony
@@MrAramsey4979 Hi Anthony, really do appreciate your response. I have factory reset the CU several time and does not work. I have the standard wired controllers that come with the set.
