    Great video! I have a 2007 A3, Im assuming I need the AUX version and the harness. Any chance you have part numbers I can look up? Im in Canada BTW.

    Hello! Thank you for the help, but in my car this doesn't work. I have change the code in vcds but with code 3 or 2 i can not change between the cd and the cd changer. Any idea why?

    Thanks for the video.
    What happens after connection with BT if I want to use the included CD changer?
    Do I have to disconnect the BT at first?
    Both devices are used via the same CD button.

      The button toggles between CD (internal cd changer) and CDC (external which is your BT module). The BT module is always on, regardless of what you do on the radio.

    Great video! Thanks you. Quick question: during phone calls, is all good? Does the sound come from the car speakers and it uses phones mic?

      Yes it plays any sound from the phone on the speakers.

    Hi, thanks for the video. I have the same symphney 2 tape recorder as my 2001 model 8L car. I couldn't switch to the cdc part. can you help me with bluetooth converter?

    How to use vcds properly? I tried to download vcds from the web and i cant access the whole software because it has option that says it needs to configure before i need to use. Please help

    Buenos días, no entendí la última parte, a que te refieres con cambiador de cd.. como se si lo tengo o no? Yo tenfo un audi a3 8p, no tiene disquete, solo cd.

    is vcds coding necessary for just bluetooth use?

      Yes, if the radio doesn't recognize your adapter. In some cases it does.

    Hi MCM, Great video. I have a 2006 a4 with a standard radio. I'm not sure if my radio has the ability to control a changer. Its a symphony radio. Are they all compatible?

    Thanks for the great video. How can I tell the difference between the cd changer version and the Aux version? They look very similar to me. I have an Audi A3 2006 and I'm worried about getting the wrong one .

      You can tell by the number of wires pinned into the socket. 7 for CDC and only 4 for the aux version, although in most cases it's impossible to tell from the pictures.

    Hello. I Have 2002 Audi a4 b6 with audi symphony 2din radio. I connected everything the right way, it connects to my phone but does not play in the car. In the video I see that it says CDC in your radio, on mine it only says CD 1 or CD 2 and etc. Is there a fix?

      How many wires are pinned in on your adapter? It must have seven for CDC to work. Read all the other comments!

      how many pins connected teh blue connector? If 3-4 not work! Only work 7 pins.

      @@MotoringCultureMagazine Nope. Not even a CD changer. I"m assuming if I don't have a CD Changer then I should also need to use VCDS? Should I be getting the CDC version?

      @@bmo_xd Aux versions tend not to work on cars that didn't have a factory aux jack.

      This is the one that I bought but it's not available anymore. In the description they say that no activation is needed.

      @@MotoringCultureMagazine So should I buy the CDC version? My car didn't come with a CD changer so I think I'll need to code the radio with VCDS. I'm having trouble finding a CDC version of the modulator in Aliexpress. As far as I know, the CDC versions have 8 pins in them while the AUX one has only 4. Every single modulator in Aliexpress has 4 pins. Are there any specific keywords I should be searching to find a CDC version?

      @@bmo_xd The one in the link is the only one that I know of. CDC versions must have 7 pins wired.

    I have an Audi A2 10/2001 with a Symphony2 Radio and just bought the BlueMusic Bluetooth Adapter. The Instalation was easy but in the Disyplay only stand CDC Load, not TRACK1.
    So i can connect my Mobilphone with der Radio, but no music comes out????? HELP...

      Are you sure it says CDC Load and not CD Load? Try connecting your phone on the FM screen first and then press the CD button on the radio.

      @@MotoringCultureMagazine Yes 100% sure CDC1 Load. I will try!
      If somebody is calling me, they can hear me (micro) but i hear nothing.
      If i play music from youtube and put der Radio off, the music in YT stops too.
      I tested der adapter in a A3 8p with concert Radio and its work without a problem. So i can be sure the adapter is fine!
