- 900 g (2 lb) potatoes
- 500 g (1 lb 2 oz) broccoli
- 50 g (2 oz) butter
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 50 g (2 oz) of parmesan
- 50 g of Emmental cheese or other
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
