I see where at least one of the comments has described the video as being blurry. Apparently this person doesn't understand about the phenomenon of 'heat mirage'. This can show up almost anywhere in the world, when heated sand in the dessert, or the concrete pavement on a highway, from the sun's rays, is being reflected upward which causes the molecules of the air to shift, in a waviness. Your camera captures this waviness of the air's gasses, and the result, as Matt Cochran, a plane spotter in Atlanta calls it; skanky air.

I don't think they did on that day. Usually Wolfe Air would've been in the area with their Learjet and Helicopter.
