My mom told me @ 14 yrs old how to begin w my feet feel them and relax them in your mind and calf’s squeeze your calf muscles and release thighs squeeze them let go imagine and w your mind that they have been release every part of your body even your face eyes everything while deep breathing the point is while your performing these squeeze & release your are focusing on the doing and your mind problems thinking is gone and you have been relaxing your mind through all of it hopefully letting you fall asleep after a couple of rounds of this w every part of your body it’s so true that just doing this is a meditation

WOW! How do you know this is the true date of the birth of Yeshua? I had read or heard somewhere that his sign was Pisces, so I guess that aligns with March 1. Any further details would be most appreciated!🙏

Also, a very careful reading of/study of the synoptic gospels will reveal many important clues, via the inconsistencies between them. Plus, private family genealogical records. Although the ancient Romans seized & destroyed (by burning) the large majority of the private family genealogical records of the families of both Yeshua and Maria Magdalene, and other members of the Essene Community at Qumran, a few copies were successfully secreted out of Judaea, and have been carefully protected ever since then. *The DESPOSYNI, as the children & descendants of Yeshua & M.M. & also the descendants of James the Just (brother of Yeshua) and his wife, Anna, are known, have been hunted, persecuted & (wherever & whenever possible) targeted for "elimination," ever since the Crucifixion event, it became a matter of life & death to these, my ancestors, to keep such family historical & genealogical records highly protected (hidden).*

From reading the synoptic Gospels, we know that Herod the Great was still alive at the time of Yeshua's birth. Herod the Great died in 4 BC (750 AUC (Anno Urbis Conditae)). AUC = Anno Urbis Conditae = "Years after the founding of the City [of Rome].. Therefore, we can deduce that Yeshua was born prior to 4 BC. *The process of determining the precise date of Yeshua's birth is made very complex by the number of different calendar systems which we must navigate/translate, in order to arrive at the historically correct date.* The ancient Romans used one calendar (the Julian calendar was introduced by Julius Caesar in 46 B.C.) whereas, the ancient Jews and ESSENES (both) used 2 entirely different calendar systems -- one for religious observations, another for mundane purposes, each of which had different "first months" and "first days." In order to determine the true date of Yeshua's birth, all 3 of these calendar systems must be taken into consideration. The Roman/Julian calendar was solar-based, whereas, the ancient Hebrew calendars are lunar-based. This is further complicated by the deliberate overlay of misrepresentations of fact by the upstart church of Rome, which began with one known as Paul (Saul), & which was then greatly embellished & expanded upon by Emperor Constantine.
