Having filled many hundreds of bags over the years either manually or with machines, I find this excellent as it is small, easily transported and ideal for a single operator. For building levees to stop flood waters it puts just the right amount of sand in a bag. (Despite what some of the other inexperienced viewers have commented)
However I think your claim of 300 sandbags in an hour is very optimistic (for one person) as that is one every 12 seconds. It looked like you were working at a leisurely pace and it was taking you 20 - 25 sec to fill a bag. (144-180 per hour) You could probably maintain that pace you demonstrated for an hour, however If you have two people working the machine. When the machine is idle ie: from when you remove your bag, place it in the pile and get your next empty bag ready, the second person could be filling their bag. I could see you filling 300 bags/hr (between two) and working comfortably for an hour.
This seems really overdesigned to me at first glance until I recognized that it's completely saving the operator's back, which most of the other sandbag fillers I've seen don't.
Get a patent on that! Then have the Chinese make it and sell it at Harbor Freight! You'll sell a million!
