Second in the expensive studio by far - a lot more feel / creativity to it. Not sure if the studio actually contributed to it, having the synths right there in front of you did give a bit of a leg up.
when the cheap studio crew put the bpm up to 140 they had the proper basis to do a "baile funk" this rythm is composed basically of the perc called "atabaque" paired with heavy drums and usually a nasty 808 always nice to see ppl flipping brazilian samples cheers from Brasil
You can be on any studio as you like or either just to have laptop in your hands. It all depends on the producer itself. Not talking about mixing and mastering. Great video guys!
The price of the studio doesn't really matter when you're just producing a beat...especially if you re using the same DAW or similar type of software. But if you're recording, it will make a big difference. You're going to get better sound quality in a professional recording studio for sure. But if you guys did this challenge WITHOUT using a DAW like FL or Logic and kept it analog..then the studio with better equipment..i.e.the more expensive studio..would probably have the better result.
For the future I think you should be moderator jack & let another producer feel your roll then you decide which beat is best for a video & to also give another producer a chance, so far I like it but I also think some regular cook ups at the pad with your homies would be cool bc for a lot of ppl it isn't to accessable to be inna studio so I find bedroom producers a lil more relatable so that could be a video Idea, also thank you for content & being able to show off the studios in general it's dope being able to see them & watching y'all just vibe & good editing too keep up the good work 👍
In the future if you would like to take out the percussions or any of the stems from a sample use Melody ML its AI based, sounds very close to the original with a couple of small eq tweeks.
Y'all needa come to California to do sum cook ups not even LA or anything just find sum producer homies to kick it with & that'd be more than enough, I think y'all should do more Collabs with ppl from the u.s so y'all can get more exposure cause y'all putting in the work recently, I think maybe do more live streams with underground producer or like subscribers & just cook up or talk in general about production shizzle y'all like, looking forward to y'all expanding more 👍 y'all's channels have grown so much y'all definitely earned it
Second beat was good, but isn't easier about dynamic. First was good, but yeah, it was a little bit boring. I choose first, but second is interesting beat and that's good that you took analog synths. I love that, thanks for video ❤
The sample challenge is back!! 🔥
Keep doing these man
This keeps me as an up and coming producer going... Love these series big bro S/O to all the producers involved
It would be amazing to see what you guys come up with in a day 🔥🚀
Keep doing more of these, it was fun to watch!
honestly that sample seemed absolutely brutal to flip, so props to both teams
all you need is a little melanin

So many elements in the sample, so it's crazy that they managed to flip it🔥
Where is ocean's hair😭😭😭
But i have to say he looks fresh without
in the 🌊🔍😅
Ik it’s terrible😢
Puberty
With god
The second beat is one of them, where you now they are in time and everything, but you don't know how to bop your head to it. Love It!!
It's a simple 4/4 so head bop ain't that hard
The beat hit harder than it was for me to cope with the fact that ocean cut his beautiful hair 😭
Fr😭😭😭
😂bro why did he do that
@@prodwillyb6184 less maintenance or something I'd guess. also i think it looks good on him - maybe not as stylish as his old hairstyle
lmao
Nah he looks good I like how he changed it up he should get it lined up at least tho
Ouch that’s extremely hard to compare!! First one is super sick but 2nd has so much creativity in it.
2nd beat 🥇
Have to disagree, second one was dope, but it was just a drill beat. First one sounded like some groovy funky Timbaland shit.
@@esho758 I wanted to say the first.. until I listened to them again.
but when you listin to 'em both without seeing the way they were made then wont know the diffrence bro. peace
they're both good really
Louis and jack had like this tension between them .
sexual tension
Once jay laid down that delayed clap i knew it was over 😭🔥🔥
Jack was feeling himself like dj Khalid 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
So cool to see y'all using a song from my country, that something i don't see often, not even here in Brasil... Amazing vid!!! 🔥🔥🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Aqui o que mais temos é sample br pô, só depende da vertente que vc procura. Geralmente é mais a galera underground que garimpa sobre esses samples
Brazilian music is sampled a lot - some of the best music comes out of Brazil
When they chose that as the sample, best believe they had my attention, wondering how tf they're about to work some magic 💯
Second in the expensive studio by far - a lot more feel / creativity to it. Not sure if the studio actually contributed to it, having the synths right there in front of you did give a bit of a leg up.
this is black Brazilian music, which talks about an African matrix religion called umbanda/candomblé. Long live Brazil!
You are monster jack
"They got nothing, they got like a laptop"😂
There will not be big deference between the two beats, because even in the expensive one, they don't use the things that offers the studio
Nah nah nah, Jay really killed the beat and saved his team with that switch up
For me its the Drill One this time....🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
when the cheap studio crew put the bpm up to 140 they had the proper basis to do a "baile funk"

always nice to see ppl flipping brazilian samples
cheers from Brasil
thanks for having us bro
The studio played a huge role. 2nd beat was better. The added synths definitely nudged it for me.
It's that little added mm-mm from the synths
Ae parabéns mesmo muito talento envolvido 🤘🏼✈️🇧🇷
Ocean without dreads looks a totally different person
boy looks clean tho

The boomba...was lit. and the second was Fire
When loner said “it sound like a Christmas song”😂
damn this is the first time ive gotten hooked up with the brazillian funk, that shit sweaty gawdamnnnnnn. finna learn how to make it
I feel honored to be Brazilian watching u flip a brazilian sample thats sick!!!
loved this!
both were hard
😂I laughed when Jay said "we're back in the game"
That was almost some Watch the Throne vibes on jack's beat
Both of these turned out crazy hard, supporting Jay Catus 💪🏼
Let him cook!!!
I Love the way everyone is bringing ideas 🔥🔥😂😂
wtf is that Louis dude?🥵
Another banger vid!! 🎉🎉
That was really challenging but that's what made it more interesting and cool to watch you struggle! coool
What a banger my fav youtubers hay cactus and jack!!!! Thank you for the content brother much love from canada❤️
I could also hear the sample being flipped into a West Coast Chris Brown RNB Vibe. With the Vocals. 🙌🏿
jay cactus is on another level fire brooooooo!!!!!!
Both fire beats, great job both teams y’all boys killed it 💪🏽🔥
So dope man...
7:00 even tho it was offbeat up it sounded really good
Love how the video had nothing to do with the actual studios 😂
The second one definitely
First beat from jay cactus and ocean is winner for me 🔥🔥
Both Dope But I Like The Sound Of Tha 2nd 1

2:44 I like how ocean was vibing with that faster tempo 🤣🤣
I go with the Afrobeats vibe 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
You guys did an amazing job flipping that difficult sample, great job to both
2 awesome tracks!!!!!! Great job Guys!
jacks one for me
The second sample was used in Jay's old beatmaking contest.
those synth in the 1000 studio is so sick
one of the hardest beats so far
Not even watched and already hyped
Jay's team definitely won for me 🔥🔥🔥🔥
first one had that bounce 🔥
In the future if you would like to take out the percussions or any of the stems from a sample use Melody ML its AI based, sounds very close to the original with a couple of small eq tweeks.
You should do the same studios and flip the producers
Whatever Jay did to that drill switch up is way outta this world🔥second beat was hard as well but team Jay better no cap😢
How can drill be out of this world lol. It’s the exact same thing each time. No way the drill beat is better
It's hard to pick one coz the really all fire 🔥
dope vid jack
It's very fun to watch this video. I hope videos like these can be very entertaining and also indirectly, we get to learn things from you
LOVE FROM BRAZIL
Blend them both together, which would be twice as hard.
$10 studio killed it imo
also goes to show you don't need to spend tons of money to make music. A laptop in a room is really all you need
Man Dem In Metropolis Won Hands down Dat Shit is 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 Vibes
first one is great 2nd bouncey asf
I want more!
Second one hands down, way more original and interesting lol
ocean with his buzz cut!

nice to see your friendship too 🔝
I like the second one way more tbh, the first one just has harder drums but the second is way more interesting
More swing and space to breathe in the second too
Great video!🎉
The second one nailed it...
Did not went far from Samba roots.
i preferred the jay catcus, loner and ocean beat overall. great video BTW
THE FIRST BEAT IS FIRE ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
