I actually have this set but I was missing a piece in the first bag, so I built it into a Lego mech that's piloted buy a minifig currently inside of it. It has"bloodlust" inspired pincher blades, I also have it was required to make a replica and an improved version of the weapon that you get from the Mistral boss. It has legs, but I keep them folded and pretend like it's a bunch of tiny Wheels keeping it moving. If I drop it it will probably scatter into a bunch of disconnected Legos. It's arm is ridiculously over-engineered but it is so over engineered that it kind of created another issue that I may or may not be able to solve with more Uber engineering. However should I call it over engineering if this was what I came to in order for it to even work without any unnecessary additions that I made? What I did not expect was that it was able of rolling at such speed that it could outrun a lot of people.

Not as well as the classic engines, you can see where the "pistons" are floating in the air and the crank is spinning faster than they can keep up

I own the set, the cogs that are in charge of making the piston move are under a lot of tension. I tried this myself and one of the cogs ripped right off.
I was gifted one but my parents threw it away like it meant nothing to me

I had this Car but had to throw it away after trying this
It was because I didn't stop after the test run of 21 km. The pistons flew out of the open spaces and the whole structure got crushed by gong under the treadmill. So lesson learned. Excess of something is bad.

If you did this irl you would blow the engine as he doesn't change the gear
Not if you put it in a high gear, or neutral
@@W1nkey_ well yeah because in high gear the engine could run at higher speeds at the same rpm and neutral just lets the car freewheel and disconnects the drive train from the engine
