- A shocking road rage incident in Gainesville, Florida was caught on camera, capturing the moment the altercation escalated and a woman involved appeared to pull out a gun.
Surveillance footage shows a black pickup truck and a silver sedan pulling into a gas station before the nasty confrontation earlier in the week. One of the two women who got out of the truck wielded a gun before the male driver of the pickup appeared from off camera and wrestled the weapon out of her hand. #InsideEdition

This video doesn't actually go into scope of why he was charged, it began with a road rage incident with the male Jacob sylvester punching and assaulting the victim who then decided to record them using the phone the woman pulls out a gun which he decides is too far and disarms her before coming back to steal the phone out of the victims hand. The video doesn't mention that Jacob assaulted anyone just that he disarms a woman and gets charged he also doesn't bother to give her up to the police when questioned so yes he deserves it.

He most likely got the charge for two reasons. First, if he had better control or storage/possession of the gun that most likely wouldn't of happened and secondly he's not giving up the name of the lady so they're probably maxing his charges out just because they can

Just to clarify, Jacob Sylvester got out of the car and hit and pushed the victim. He and the woman he disarmed returned to their truck, but when the victim tried to take a photo of the license plate Sylvester once again got out of the car, put the victim in a headlock, punched him again, and stole his phone. Hence the battery and robbery charges.
