Why do these COTD tracks keep getting better and better? GGs to everyone 🥳 Didn't think taking the first corner like Mark did would be so beneficial. Wish i knew that in rounds, tought i was preserving speed by taking the outside.
My instincts there were the same as you, just seemed like spectating you weren't actually benefitting with speed as we both assumed. Well played, as normal.

I love Maki and Jandje maps just as much as everyone else but I want to let the community members to have a chance to make a map. Be better for more diverse map styles as well.
The overlay for the count of the remaining drivers doesn't fit right in with the rest of the Zeepkist overlay. But that's just my two cents, and I would bet, that I'm the only one, who cares about this. Otherwise, great video as always. 👍
Thats all added in post, I think for the cups before the mod it was very helpful but thinking about it now I'm not sure its needed. The mod changes the leaderboard so viewers can always see how many players are left there. Maybe Ill try not adding it and see if people get upset. Thanks for the feedback, I'm for sure still trying to improve the quality :)
I've definitely thought about this and asked the community how they felt. Seems myself and the regulars that play in these kinda agreed, if there is a troll cup to have it be an extra cup one week. With only one per week we really like having the competitive maps, but a change of pace would be fun as well.
Maybe I should make a troll map for you to use one of these times, time for the kacky map with a stupid cut (seriously if you want me to make one just tell me and I probably will)

Sadge for Mark he messed up the final jump tho. This COTD had some great twists!
@@jandje indeed, he was definitely quicker than you on that second run, I don't know what the splits were but I suspect he had enough if he'd made it

I got a dnf on the second round because I missed the risky and then on my second run I missed the corner jump, it was a fun map though

Suggestion, if the winner of COTD is also a map maker, then the wonder should make the next map. Though I don't know know how feasible that is.

have you considered doing a troll cup like trackmania does on the first of each month? or does that not work in zeepkist

It was initially "Cup of the Sometimes" but just calling it COTD is a lot more recognizable for people.
Looks liek Zoman's AT was haunted indeed, otherwise why would JustMaki crash in third round just to make sure he wouldn't get it
Has anyone submitted a "troll" map that fit the cotd criteria or in general for these?
Once again the risky is not a risky because it is too easy and becomes required at the end.
I've never played trackmania but isn't this what happens there as well? I feel like 17 DNFs in the first two rounds is pretty risky.
