Chad's wife needs to grow up. Sophia just talked about how she was at the time. In what she just said, she did not took swings at Chad and never brought up his cheating behaviour. Reality is Sophia evolved as a person vs when she was younger. Unless Chad's wife is insecure, there is no need for her for to be that shady. If you are so confident about your relationship with Chad, you would be positive more than anything. Chad's wife needs to sit down and be HUMBLE.
Amen. It didn't seem like Sophia said they made her do it just sorta how she felt at that time with so many ongoing things in her life that she just decided to go with the flow plus she was just answering a question which she felt she could now speak of. I absolutely believe Sophia. It is possible to be young, in love but not feel secure or committed enough in your relationship to get married. Let's not forget they became engaged during the filming of House of Waxs, then went on an engagement campaign bitz and that OTH was always among the last shows to be picked up by the network. Their engagement gave the show a much need publicity boost. I can see why she would feel pressured to go forward with the wedding, especially if the producers were encouraging it. She never said that she wasn't in love with him, its just that at 22 years old she wasn't ready for that level of commitment. I think Sophia claiming that she was pressured into marrying Chad is ridiculous but Chad's wife throwing shade at her is pathetic and immature. What her husband's ex wife says about their former marriage has absolutely nothing to do with her. As for Chad, I laughed at his rep saying that he has moved on and doesn't feel the need to engage in this type of behaviour because that is clearly not the case. Otherwise, he (and his wife) would have just ignored Sophia's comments instead of commenting on it.

I absolutely believe that, they were young and there were no need to get married that young unless someone already put it in their head. Chad also made this huge production special about proposing to her on some show irl so there was obviously pressure. that doesn't mean they didn't love eachother or that chad didn't experience a pressurefree engagement. But i don't think it's wrong of Sophia to express that she felt pressure this many years after when chad has obviously moved on and their relationship never even ended on good terms, she don't owe him to spare his feelings, she was just sharing her story. Honestly I don't get why people are defending Sophia on this one? To be asked a question about why you married someone in the past and tell the world you only married them because you were pressured for some kind of publicity stunt is pretty bad. They obviously had a relationship and to make any less of that years later like you want to deny it ever happened is just rude. If your producers are pushing you to get married that bad, you probably have a lawsuit on your hands first off. But it was a shot on Chad that she didn't care about him enough to marry him for love. No they didn't have a good relationship obviously but she choose to marry him and now wants to backtrack and say something else.
I think she just doesn't want to admit that she loved him at one point and decided she wanted to marry him they were both young and got way to serious way to fast neither one of them were ready for that type of commitment they both made that decision to marry and they ended it nobody knows what truly happened between them besides them its something that is in the past and should stay there why she even talked about it is beyond me and why people are defending this type of behavior really doesn't make sense to me either
