A company called CJP Acrylic System has a product called "Pop It" which is a bright white gel polish that is specifically formulated to be a base for burnishing pigments and chromes into its tacky layer.. or it can be a base for any bright colors/pigmented gels that you want to Pop! Hence the reason it's called "Pop It" lol to make whatever you put over it to pop! Lol I absolutely love this product for my neon pigments and chromes!! I highly recommend it since you do a lot of sets with the neon pigments!! You definitely won't be disappointed i promise hun.. I'm glad I have "Pop It" bc I'm definitely doing this set tm on myself!! Had an aerobics outfit, you know the sort - 80'sJane Fonda aerobics type of kit - and of course with crumpled knitted leggings at the ankles - oh so swish ha ha , yeah I am old ha ha. The leotard had these type of ombre neon splashes. Happy nails :-) Hey, if you double cure the white will that cut down some of the inhibition layer so it is more imperceivably sticky rather than slippy?
