- Day 4!! Thank you for the inspiration everyone, this challenging is really brightening my days due to all your amazing messages, photos and videos!

Hi everyone I HOPE YOU LOVE this stretch video as much as I did!! Tomorrow we have arch exercises, make sure to tun in for this one, having a strong beautiful arch will bring your dancing to the next level!! you will need a pen or pencil and a towel x
can yuo use a foam roller

Hi Amy! I just wanted to let you know that your videos are really helping as a dancer! After your toe height exercises I was able to go onto my tippy tippy toes straight away. I am now able to get a really good turn out, posture and leg height. Thank you so much for your videos. I am 11 years old and I have been doing dancing for 5 years but have never found an exercise and stretch video like this before so thank you so much! ❤️❤️💕

Yoga, ballet, etc. I regret not stretching more in my prime. Novak Djokovic and Drew Brees are like experts at stretching.
